giving importance to every thought, can you imagine a person like this. Yes, yes I can , it's me! I am realizing through Mooji and other teachers that the mind cannot sustain constant thinking. It's needs a rest. To fight this constant thinking, I see myself in the seat of consciousness where everything is but a moment. Seeing it but letting it go. Holding on to nothing to make way for the next moment, Thank you Mooji for your insight and teachings.

What do you say about 2020 now? What it did in spiritual world 🤔🤔🤔
@lolitadelaware88233 жыл бұрын
@@AlokSinha131 I made some major changes. Became less of a consumer and more of a self sustained human. Less vain more humble. Much more appreciative of family time, friendships and basic human connection. Thank you for asking I can honestly say 2020 transformed me in a good way.

In Monte Sahaja...at 8:55, perhaps you are amongst who saw today the thing that many thousands of people are searching for and not found.." I think that one of the core premises of spiritual inquiry and awareness is that whatever you observe, perceive, recognize, and notice can’t be you, can’t be your true Self, can’t be the Isness because it comes and goes, it’s ephemeral, it’s phenomenon. In addition I think that the unenlightened mind can’t grasp the Isness in itself even not for a short time and then goes back to the state of ego-person (in Mooji’s invitation/exercise). The unrealized mind can't recognize/discover the Isness outside itself and also not inside itself. It's another Mooji's duality view, you only can be the Isness.
