After Grating Mooli ,I apply salt to lt, and keep it aside for five minutes. Then I squeeze it & remove execess water. I use this water to prepare my dough, instead of plain water. It gives Mooli flavour to the dough. Just a suggestion. Your reciepes are really good & very easy to follow.

Your sense of humour is as good as the recipe which turned out well for 3 of the paranthas i made. The 4'th I did not seal properly and it leaked out. But I added some atta and mixed with the peda and rolled it like a regular roti. Your suggestion of adding a little atta in the mooli mix is the best tip 👍

The recipe is same as my mother cooks... But... As u strain the water after adding ingredients is not what we follow... We first add salt to the grated radish and keep it as side for some time after that we squeeze all the water from the radish and then add the ingredients.... 😁
