Joxter can talk to animals and is very in tune with nature as a whole, but the chap just wanna chill, vibe to his tunes and avoid things that take up much effort most of the time. Snufkin on the other hand is a wandering pilgrim by nature and knows his way around his harmonica very well, but the lad's wisdom and fiercely unbound attitude make him a voice for nature and value as a whole.

I was not expecting Joxter to have a voice that deep! I always imagined him having a slightly soft, high pitched voice with a Liverpudlian accent exactly like George Harrison because of how quiet and awkward he is in the book (they both even have the same sharp teeth and fluffy-looking dark hair). I love the voice they gave for this incarnation of the joxster! I always read his voice as somewhat low and a little brash in the books. The 90s moomin anime (at least the English dub) was disappointing since it was just Snufkin’s voice but only slightly different.
