@jadenhalstead7290
@jadenhalstead7290 4 жыл бұрын
I don’t know about the specific eyepiece, but you may want to look into a 2x barlow lens. It will double the power of any eye piece you own, essentially doubling your eye piece collection.
@joshdinh2393
@joshdinh2393 4 жыл бұрын
Don’t use a Barlow. Spend money to get a good eyepiece. The highest magnification you can go with the Sky-Watcher 6” before it gets blurry is 300x magnification. I recommend you to get a 4-6mm eyepiece. Preferably a Goldline or a TMB on aliexpress. They’re called SVBony Goldlines and Astromania 58 Degree Planetary Eyepieces on Amazon. They’re all the same eyepiece either way and are manufactured in the same warehouse but are sold on Amazon for more expensive prices for the same exact quality. You are looking to spend around 20-40 dollars though.

I’m new to the astronomy field. I was wondering, what eyepiece is needed for you to be able to see the moon clearly? I have a celestron evolution 6 (150 in aperture); I have a 40mm eyepiece, but it’s zoomed in way too much. What eyepiece is recommended for me to be able to see the moon clearly?
@adrianotr
@adrianotr 4 жыл бұрын
If you want more 'zoom' in your object you need an eyepiece with a smaller focal distante. I have a 25mm and a 10mm, i can see the whole moon with the 25mm and the 10mm gives more approximation, or a bigger image of the moon which makes it look 'closer'.
