Don’t forget it is a very subjective point of view to focus on “what is good in you.” If Ernst would mean: focus on what "others" think what is good in you, then I am sure he would say it that way. But Jupiter Moon is about "you" following what "you" believe is good in you. This makes the statement a subjective point of view. For example: I am sure Trump, Hitler and Stalin would find themselves to be a good persons, although I wouldn’t necessarily say they had this Moon Jupiter alignment.

I would say Moon delighting Jupiter is mainly about Moon qualities impacting our beliefs/sense of what is right and these big ideas that expand us in life/ all Jupiter stuff. It is right to take care of people needs, it is right to take care of vulnerable, it is right to take into consideration others feelings, nurture them emotionally etc. Moon exalts Jupiter because it anchors Jupiterian wisdom in the human heart, not some abstract idea and dreams beyond experienced, shared with others reality what can be issue with Jupiter. In case of conjunction there is also Jupiter delighting the Moon where the Manas is infused by sense of hope, optimism and expansion, this is why Ju+Mo conjunction is so highly regarded.

you have to use vedic astrology aspects calculated from 0-60, use the tables in the chart found at www.vaultoftheheavens.com to see that. Moon will delight jupiter by aspect or conjunction, jupiter only delights moon via conjunction.

a planet is in dead avastha when in the first 6 degrees of an even sign, so that means jupiter who is at deepest exaltation at 5 degrees is always dead in deepest exaltation ,but its okay, this avastha is not meant to be part of most analysis, so just ignore that. Juptier is actually best in the first 5 degrees of cancer as then its exalted AND moving towards Deep exaltation and a planet moving towards deep exaltation is in a growing stage, which means the things it starts grow over time.

Oh my, you might be right. 😮 My mother in law has Moon conjunct Jupiter in 5th house and when she met her spouse at university the other ladies told her that she got lucky snatching away the best guy 😂 It's a funny story we get told at Christmas by my husband's parents. 😊
