One thing I hope people bring up that I’m surprised I don’t see many ask for, please netease add a shoulder swap for the camera. the one issue with third person shooter games especially pvp is if you can’t change the camera position it limits how you can play solely based on of a wall is on the wrong side of you.

Holy crap, Moon Knight looks even better than I imagined. I don't play PvP games that often, but projectile bounce is one of the most satisfying things in a PvE game, so I'm excited to see how this pans out against other players. Also, obsessed with the fact his Ult opens a gateway to Khonshu's dimension (or maybe the Overvoid?). THAT I was not expecting. I was expecting him to throw a moon at them, not GHOST ARMS?? Also also, I kinda hope he has/gets some lines in Yiddish, like other characters get some lines in their own languages. It'd be a nice thing to have.

I like how they gave him a lot of mobility rather than just straight damage. He is not a DPS in the typical sense of getting a crap ton of kills and dealing insane burst or dealing DOT damage. He is definitely a group fight orientated character who wants to deal constant pressure and make the enemy supports stressed TF out.

Which they absolutely deserve, are you seeing the quality of this? You think any company or team can pull this off as flawlessly like this team? Look at the designa and gameplay of each character, and the maps you can miss a lot of details put in the map amidst all the Chaos of the fights but it's incredible, this game is crushing Ow 2 and maybe even Ow 1 especially they are having a story mode added as well, ow and blizzard could never dude

The ult is almost a corralling tool. The combination of the ankh, left click and right click looks like it can do 75% to a whole team in a burst but only if you know where everyone is going to be moving in a split second and even if the ult completely misses, it can set up that combo as everyone moves back from the ult itself. I think the solo ult combo is going to be popping the ult first and then dropping the ankhs right on the back edge of the ult hitbox and damage dumping it. Obviously if you're combining with a CC ult, just drop it on the stunned enemies.

Seems real cool only bad thing I see so far is that the right click looks like its unneeded since it seems to function nearly completly identical to left click it would make more sense if one did more single target damage and didn't bounce while the other bounces but does less damage. But still very cool

I think his RMB has the same damage throughout, the second bot just has more health. That's the difference between bouncing his blades and the larger blade, one can headshot on the initial target and the other can't. So if you want to finish someone off in a group the RMB is better because if it's the primary target or a ricochet you get the full damage no matter what. Also not a big deal but it's 'ah-nk'.

Not really the stars just show hard a character is learn and play, but doesn't mean that character the best or good based on stars, Hela is like a 2 star yet she is very strong, black panther is 5 stars and he is arguably the weakest character so far unless they mega bugged him, we can't know until the release of patch notes and game

It's funny because this character summarizes Marvel Rivals, lol visually awesome, the overall aesthetics are pretty solid. Grapple hook, double jump and glide were used before in Overwatch, TF2, Paladins, etc.. but somehow Moon Knight looks a bit "different", this combination of cc ricochets with glide is "unique" in a way, so the game mix hero shooter cliches and develop their own thing, which is cool. Now the negatives... yet another ultimate that is just a circle of damage (or healing), there's way too many of those, NetEase should be more criative with this stuff. And the main criticism of this game, the character lacks "impact" and "weight", the sound of the Ultimate is pretty cool, but the projectiles explosions don't feel "impactful". Really, if I was the head of NetEase (it will be a new guy, because the directors of the company got caught money laundering, lol it will be surprising if Rivals indeed launches in early December), I would drop a truckload of money on the veteran sound designers of Overwatch, fire their current sound designers and let the experienced designers take over the project. This game struggles MIGHTILY with sound effects and the overall feeling of impact, voice acting and music are good enough, but the SFX is horrendous

@Morfe02 nope I said to the person, seeing DMG of a DPS character with training dummies doesn't show if they are op or need a nerf, just look at star lord of you got good aim he freaking shreds mid to close range, and look at iron man, his overall DMG is pathetic in training against the stationary dummies, but is he bad? No because he isn't about single target DMG he is août being away from danger providing space and area control, he is the eyes in the sky you can't flank his supports, and he generates his ult relatively fast because he most of the time free you either look at him above or look at the battlefield down that what makes iron man strong, punisher is a case of just absurd numbers and utterly overturned, punisher is true definitely of op being able to 2 shot vanguards with his shotgun mode, and can basically turn into a vanguard with his turret mode, and his ult is just absolute annihilation of any character on sight, moon knight is like iron man but in the ground and better dealing against grouped enemies, if you actually fight a team that is separate you will find that half your kit is tuned down because you get no bounces you lose your value, also you gotta understand there is something called supports which they heal and boost and do DMG too, so if you really want to know if a character is good or not you gotta test in multiple settings and matches and have some form of understanding what the devs wanted this character play style to be, and understand the fundamentals of this hero shooter genre. If you actually to the training room and pick Jeff and give him Luna passive team up, he will do almost same amounts of damage, you would say " but that's op" yes if he wasn't entitled to actually 70% of the time heal his team and that DMG is only there to help defend himself and provide just more support to the spa of the team. So before throwing out " nerf this, buff that, change that and blah blah" you need to understand all the above, if your are not ready to that then I apologize to myself for wasting my time explaining things to you specifically and hope any passing soul that yearns to learn and understand and stumble upon this reply has found help in this, peace.
