First of all, great reaction as usual. Keep up the good work. Next, I'll give a few insights: 1) Think about this, who actually asked the steak chick out in the first place? If it wasn't Steven, and it sure can't be Marc because he has an American accent, then who's the third party? 2) The reason why he woke up in the Alps, well, it's because Marc jumped out of a friggin 2 story window and landed on his face, thus waking up the wrong personality. 3) I know that you guys didn't complain about this, but a lot of people have; the reason why you don't see him killing these people is because this entire episode is based on the view point of Steven, not Marc. So when it's Marc's turn, then you'll see the carnage he can do. Well that's all for now. I'm sure there's more, but it's just the 1st episode. You guys take care and keep up the lit reactions.

@@AngeloBarovierSD Even in real life cases of Dissociatives Identity Disorder, alters ("secondary" personalities) can immitate accent and manerism from the host ("main" personality) to stay innoticed. In some cases, alters can also immitate other alters to not making other freak out or put the person with DID in danger as switch can be triggered by things they can't control The main purpose of this coping mechanism is to make the brain handle traumas without disrupting the life of the person affected (at least when it works as planned)

Just to slightly address your first point: 1) We know it's not Steven since he was confused. The person who asked Dylan out on that date was more than likely Marc. Marc is an experienced mercenary who is fully aware of the Steven Grant personality. So Marc can easily impersonate Steven.

See, this is why y'all are my new favorites. There are lots of other channels reacting to this show and so far y'all are the first ones I've seen to observe that Steven's little sleep safeguards don't do shit! Everything he does to keep himself in, Marc can undo to get out and redo in the reverse order to make Steven think everything's cool. Go to sleep as Steven, wake up as Marc, untie yourself from the bed, walk through the sand, take the tape off the door and leave. Come back as Marc, put the tape on the door, smooth out the sand, tie yourself to the bed, wake up as Steven. Like, bruh! There's a reason Konshu calls Steven "the idiot". Mans is almost too simple to survive.

He thinks he has a sleep walking disorder. I think most rationale people would assume they have a sleeping disorder before DID and being an avatar for an ancient deity. If it was just a sleeping disorder, Steven’s precautions would be very thorough and effective.

Steven, or rather ‘Marc’ suffers from Disassociation Identity Disorder, or DID. They did a good job of portraying it so far, as it’s not unusual for the multiple personalities, or “Alters” to not remember what the others did, as memories do not transfer between personalities. That’s why some people with DID are misdiagnosed as sleep walkers or schizophrenics. People can have anywhere from 2 to dozens of personalities per person. The personalities are each born from traumatic circumstances, as a way to cope with the situation they find themselves in. Some can have alters that are childlike, formed when they were children and frozen in terms of mental age. Some people have older alters, fantasy alters (ghosts from attempted suicide, animal personalities from pretending to be animals to cope from trauma, etc) some people even have fictional characters as alters! The brain is incredible in the ways it will adapt and reshape itself to maintain its own sanity and protect you!
