Yep. Because if it was time travelling then there should also be a glimpse of day time. It's just night sky visual altering because Khonshu said himself that he remember every night sky. I also believe that visual altering affected the entire planet because if not, the ennead wouldn't imprison Khonshu as punishment.

I like that when it came to the council of gods judging Harrow, they didn't punish him as he had not done anything yet, which is how Khonshu deals justice. Harrow wouldn't have got away with it if they used Ahmit's way of judgement, which demonstrates Harrow's reasoning for "true" justice.

I think Konshu only manipulated the sky, and not time itself. Similar to a projection. If he were Cher and turned back time, wouldn't people, vehicles, etc, disappear?

Robert Morissette not necessarily konshu is a God of time as well as the God of the moon and vengeance in the comics so they could easily say since he's a omnipotent being he can control specific things like the moon and stars simply because he's a litteral God in the mcu or yall could be right too idk much about moon knight and konshu other than the somewhat deep dive into the comics to understand what the mcu's version could use from them but konshu is definitely a time God too he's not just a moon God or a God of vengeance most of the Egyptian gods in the comics have control/dominion over multiple things sometimes 3 or more just depends on what the specific writer's need them to do

It's not really that Harrow has much pull on the gods, it's a combination of multiple factors: The gods despise Konshu so are more likely to side against him, Harrow might also be working with Hator as mentionned & Harrow hasn't really done anything for now so he's seen as a victim of Konshu

Because that's what Khonshu brings to the proceedings: accusations without proof. They did not go back in time. Khonshu is the god of the Moon. He says that he remembers the position of the moon and stars every night. He probably is the equivalent of the a web crawler for the night sky. He then just scrolled through the night sky archive visually so Marc and everyone else could see it. Marc needed to see the constellations thousands of years ago to make sense of the map.

I just couldn’t understand the council of the gods, with all of their resources, just taking Arthur Harrow’s word that he’s not summoning Ammit. They could’ve literally checked his forearm or even all of the followers he has. Harrow also had a digging site he abandoned to meet with the gods that they could have looked into. Despite that, it was still a cool episode.

It seems the only one who can forcefully take over the body is "Jake". If you think about it, Marc and Steven are constantly arguing with each other about gaining control, seemingly being trapped helplessly if one or the other doesn't allow it. But whenever he blacks out, he comes to in the aftermath of extreme violence. I think that was Jake in the first ep that was taking the soldiers out and the one who set the date.

I don't think Khonshu affected the world that much. Just last episode, Harrow said that Khonshu had very little power in the world and all he could do was create a little wind. If Khonshu really had the power to move the moon or turn back time, why would he need an avatar to do his dirty work? He probably only created some illusions.

The light we see from stars doesn't indicate their current positions out there in the universe. We can only see the delayed after images of their light due to them being lightyears away from Earth. It stands to reason that what Konshu did was manipulate the light created by the stars until they reflected their positions from that point in the past. If the moon god can manipulate moonlight, light reflected off a celestial body from a star, it stands to reason that Konshu can manipulate starlight but not the stars themselves.

I think the whole “Konshu turns back the sky 2000 years” thing was not a permanent fixture, it wasn’t time travel, I think it was more akin to an illusion. That’s not our real sky, if it was I don’t know if gravity would be strong enough to keep us all feeling normal on the surface of the planet. If it was spinning that rapidly, we’d all be crushed like soda cans, but every civilian witnessing that event looked completely fine, just confused. So no villains are “back”, it was just Konshu pulling up an illusion of the sky separate from the real sky. Besides, as you said in this episode, Hathor is the sky goddess, I don’t think any of the Ennead would have been able to let that happen if it weren’t some sort of illusion.

It almost feels like it was put in the video just to get interaction, since people (like myself) are going to want to point it out. He basically rewound the positioning of the stars to where they were at that time, but not time itself. Also, why do you think it was Steven that got the body into the cab after the head bonks? I mean, it's a cab. Probably Jake, especially considering the connection.

I big thing Ive noticed a lot of people missed is the change in the end credits; not only are doorways opening up to a white light but it looks like a mental hospital. I wonder if that will be how Marc almost gets trapped in the overvoid or whatever that realm is, he'll think he's in a hospital but its just how his mind will see it.

there is this one moment that i thought is peculiar, when the ennead threatens Khonshu of turning him into stone they had this line of "like the ones before you", and in the credits they put a shot of shabtis or the little statues of other gods just like what they turned Khonshu into in this episode. Some of the gods that I saw were Heqet(frog head), Wadjet(snake head), Khum(ram head), and Khepri(scarab head)

Like many others here, I heavily doubt Khonshu turned back time. Steven had said that he struggled to hold it, so it's an incredibly draining illusion much like the eclipse to summon the Egyptian gods. What I'm more concerned about is what's to happen to Marc/Steven now that Khonshu is turned to stone. Would the moon knight armor not be able to be summoned? Or can it be, just at half or below full power? Because we also know that Khonshu had told Steven to tell Marc to let go of him, hinting that our moon god knew this would get him into serious trouble and keep him away from possibly his favorite avatar

After all, Steven was obviously struggling to keep everything in place long enough for Layla to get the coordinates. I always thought it was Jake who takes over during the knife fight and tries to get them out of Egypt, mostly cause I don't know if Steven could handle himself against those three, and also they plead with Marc to leave them alone as if they were frightened, and Steven's too nice to be scary. If that's true it could hint at Jake's personality at being super violent and wanting to leave Egypt.

I think no matter how the stars were moved in the episode, they went back after Konshu was stoned. This being why Steven had to struggle with the stars while they were triangulating them after the right night was found. He was trying to hold the image in place.

If he Khonshu had the power to move the moon to create an eclipse and then later move the entire planet back in time to look at a few stars, he wouldn't need Marc as his avatar as he'd be the more powerful force in the Universe. With Harrow out in the desert with nothing but his cult with him, he could just drop a meteor on him and kill him instantly, no problem. Therefore, it makes sense that both moving the moon and the stars was just an illusion.

Konshu didn't rewind time, as everyone is saying. Konshu caused a total eclipse earlier in the episode, but I don't think anyone thought he moved planets to cause that. It was just a sign. That was a set up for Konshu moving the stars. Not literally, just visually.

I think people are taking all of this too literally. In terms of ancient mythology, the sky and the stars were like a bubble around the Earth (like the domed roof of a planetarium), not a series of protective layers of gasses with light from celestial bodies shining through. So, Khonshu turned back the night sky (almost like a rolodex or a series of slides), not literally reversing the movement of stars and planets, some of which likely don't exist anymore.

The problem with "he was just projecting the sky" is that there's no reason to let everyone else see it. There's no reason why they'd see it rewinding. Khonshu could just project the image of the one night, just for them, as a still. But we see the current sky move. Roll back. If it's a projection, none of that is necessary.

Two possibilities as to how it ties to Thor Love and Thunder, and why they're waiting so long of the trailer drop: 1. Ammit being freed while the other Egyptian Gods do nothing, specially with Konshu moving the planet through time 2,000 years, could get the attention of Gorr the God Butcher. That could be the point at which he focuses on Earth and starts his hunt of Earth Gods. 2. Harrow, combined with Ammit, calls out to Gorr personally to help exact revenge on the other Egyptian Gods. They are the ones that leave humans to their own devices rather than help, which is the main gripe that Gorr has with the Gods. Either way, I'm pretty sure that we'll see either Moon Knight, Shadow Knight, or the Egyptian Gods in the trailer, as they're likely to be a main focus, and that's why they're doing a promo tour without a trailer drop yet.

Just something that popped in my mind. Ep 1: We meet Steven, and only view things from 1 perspective, Steven's. Ep 2: We meet Marc, and now view things from 2 perspectives, Steven and Marc. Ep 3: Hinted at a 3rd alter, most likely Jake Lockley as neither Steven nor Marc killed those men with knives. So in Episode 1, we get 1 alter. In episode 2, we get 2 alters. And now in episode 3, a 3rd alter is hinted at. I say episode 4, we'll see 3 alters. Of course, I don't expect any more "coincidences" between episode numbers and the number of alters from here on out though.
