I'd say Moon Knight's tendency to try to get hit, mixed with his crazy pain tolerance and unpredictability gives him the advantage here

FPRODUCTIONS so he’s like a brawler that doesn’t bother trying to block. That is one of the worst styles to use against someone stronger and durable than you. I would like an Azrael Show like Moon Knight but this time instead of the typical Superhero show, its about the secret societies in Gotham and plays out like Game of Thrones and Deus Ex, the League of Assassins, the Court of Owls and the Order of Saint Dumas are basically in the same Universe but I don't think they have ever even interacted, making it so that they are actual scheming against each other would be interesting with Azrael at the center as a Pawn who slowly figuers out that his Order is not who they say they are would be interesting.

This one is kind of hard, isn't. Azrael's armor seems superior, to the current one Moon Knight uses, and his speed and strength are superior to MK like TJ said, unless is the classical version and depending on the moon. I guess it comes down to who is a better fighter and though Azrael is a better physical specimen due to training he received and the genetic adjustments, MK experience is greater and also his fighting instincts. I really don't know who would come out on top.

Moon Knight also has one personality that has a blank slate. Meaning in recent comics, the blank slate becomes a personality capable of copying a personality and fighting style. Moon Knight is one of the people capable of matching Frank Castle with guns. Moon Knight is a former boxer, Seal, Cia agent. He was also one of the chosen for Steve Rogers Secret Avengers (Black ops) team.
