Thier magnetic fields would easily overcome the weak force of gravity & no collision would occur, but would glance off of each other, the electrical interaction however would blast material from the surface due to electric arc machining.

The rythmn of the earth & moon is 12 in 13, just like the hands on the clock. The minute hand is the moon, and the hour hand represents the sun's apparent motion. Same rythmn but obviously a different speed. The moon moves the equivalent of it own diameter in 1 hr, and 13 degrees in a day (same ratio of the lunar month 28 days). The correlation between the moon and menstrual cycle is well known. It all runs like clockwork.

Damn 3,728 miles across, That's like almost the entire distance of the U.S.

This film still postulates the idea that the Earth and Moon are the same age. I thought carbon dating showed the moon rocks to be much older than the Earth. Therefore, the Moon is much older than the Earth and was not formed at the same time. Is this not correct?

Very legitimate question indeed.

I hate how they claim 2 know every bits of this universe, why can't they make themselves clear they're just theories... ? besides, I don't believe the universe is following a pattern in movement and such, I believe we're just floating through the "air", say, in a million years, we might be closer 2 another planet than the sun ! therefore I chose 2 believe we're not part of a pattern, everything happens randomly... that's my theory, what's urs ?

@booze505 ok.. lets go over simple math... 4 cm = 0.04 m = 0.00004 km, right? understood this far? great... now; 1.000.000 years X 0.00004 km = 40 km in million years.. r u aware what kind of pathetic small distance it is in space-wise? the distance between those 2 space objects varies from 356.400 km to 406.700 km... so; even a billion (1.000.000.000) years of floating away = 40.000 km, is just 1/10 of the current distance... comment on maths, when u can actually calculate.

Another claim, after the whack, double whack, what's next? Maybe the truth? I doubt it.
