They dont understand one Thing Arnold Schwarzenegger wont Play anything than Action ,Statham , Stallone and so e of These Guys Because apartfrom stallone in Rocky they cant or dont act good The roles Christian bale played bevor Batman was Like DiCaprio, Depp, Pitt So He can almostdo whatever He wants even If the movie isnt a total success Also depends in some Others things in this Business A huge part of Hollywood IS built of crimi als and extremists , but as soon as ITS exposed with actors they all leave the sinkin boat ITS rats and Snitches

I have a theory that the reason Patrick Bateman is so relatable to so many is not because his life is desirable, or because of the power fantasy, but because the character is so troubled. You don't have to be a rich douchebag to possess Bateman's anger and antipathy, or to live a lie. The Wall Street assholes who actually want to be like him are probably more along the lines of Bateman's less psychotic colleagues. After all, Bateman _lost_ the battle of the business cards.

My favorite Christian Bale part is in Ford vs Ferrari as Ken Miles. I had absolutely ZERO desire to watch that movie but I indulged my husband (due to upgrades to his theater system and the addition of a 10 foot screen and excellent projector) and agreed to watch. I was entirely hooked from the beginning, surprisingly, but the more I watched I became engrossed with Ken Miles’ story and how he kept going on regardless of the obstacles he encountered at EVERY level. Christian Bale has embraced and become the authentic embodiment of his assignment. Holy crap…. I am now a fan for life.

His accent changes based on what movie he's working on during that particular interview. That's how it is for most method actors. It's easier for them to keep their character's accent rather than switching it off when they're not filming. I learned that in an interview with Camilla Luddington. She's English (the voice of Lara Croft in the reboot games) but she was on some American TV show so she tries to keep her American accent when the show was in production.

There was more drama for Judy Garland. Basically the actors on the set of The Wizzard of Oz accidentally got poisoned by Asbest which was used for the fake snow. One of the actors got green makeup on which contained copper and she (I accidentally said he) got poisoning from that.

The only character in the Wizard of Oz that had green make up, was the lady who played the Wicked Witch. When I say Lady, I mean a female, who would otherwise be referred to as 'she' as opposed to 'he' ! You tryna tell me they had all this 'he, she, it' nonsense going on even back in 1939 .....ffs !
@EatTheMarxists
@EatTheMarxists 4 ай бұрын
The Wicked Witch didn’t get sick from the makeup - she got burned from the fireworks used for her character. It was Buddy Ebsen who became sick from the aluminum dust they used for the Tin Man and he had to drop out of the film. His health never recovered much from that.

This video is a bit misleading in some parts, including his early career. Treasure Island wasn't Bale's second movie, it was his fifth. He didn't feature in any releases in 1988, after starring in two movies (Empire in the Sun and Mio in the Land of Faraway) and a miniseries (Heart of the Country) in 1987, but in 1989 he was back on the big screen in Henry V which was filmed in 1988. BTW, his first movie role was in a 1986 Anastasia movie, as Anastasia's brother Alexei, the sickly heir apparent of the Russian Empire.
