Hi Crinacle, I noticed some wierd audio crackles in this video. I thought it was an issue with my setup or youtube at first, but it happens at specific points in the video, and isn`t present in other videos. Here are some time stamps, where it`s really noticable: 1:31 (on "that") 1:43 (on "blessing") 2:05 (on the end of "crinacle") 5:27 (on "dusk" and then theres like two more directly afterwards) 7:03 (on "minor") 9:58 (on "yes") there are a lot more, but these are some of the more obvious ones. Could be just some wierd bug with youtube audio, but you may want to look in on this. Otherwise great video, as always :) Edit: It`s also present at the same points, when listening on my smartphone and headphones in the youtube app. So it`s definitely the video and not my setup.

Forged carbon is used for structural components in high performance vehicles because it trades off carbon fibre's extreme linear tensile strength for omnidirectional loads. It's also better in compression and far superior in impact resistance. With a proper forged carbon part, you end up with a material approximately 1/3 the density of titanium for the same load.

​​@@phetmoz How would one come to determine that? It has a unique FR, it's bound to sound different than any other set with whatever tweeter tech in it. There's no way to test that properly, unless you have two sets which are virtually identical in all regards (shape, frequency response, sensitivity and impedance) except for the tweeter drivers and have an ability to volume match. Micro-planars should (supposedly) have less odd order harmonic distortion, so there's that. It might be better in theory.

I've got mine last week. First used the 3.5 cable for 2 hours (to save the best for last) and thought "fuck, this sounds CLEAN, the blessing 3 soul is here and became a mini saber". Then I used the DSP and the bass got on fire, even the middles felt different (in a good way), have no words to describe... I think you might be a wizard man I don't know... but it worths, after listening to dusk I decided to sell some iem's I have and used to love... before dusk arrive and crush them 😂😂😂 Don't die, please!

​​@@Srootus You should try removing them yourself with tweezers next time. Worst case you'll still have to go to the doctor, best case you'll learn and get used to doing it yourself. If you're reasonably careful there's very little chance for any kind of injury. Moondtop even have (had?) plastic (harder to scratch/cut yourself with) tweezers paired with a set of nozzle filters being sold separately or included in the accessories that come with some of their IEMs. But yeah, I wish they had lips on the nozzles, as well as proper nozzle filters instead of those feeble stickers.

I agree, it looks good. But forged carbon fiber, CNC'd if you will as well, arguably will play no role in the iem's strength and durability. Especially depending on how it's used. From what i see just screwed in at two points and possibly glued. It won't do much more than any other plastic plate. And I'd also doubt that the forged carbon fiber, since it was cnc'd costs too much. It's legit, just pressing carbon pieces in resin and then cnc'ing the needed plates. Unlike molding carbon fiber in a weird shape.
