Hello! I am curious to know why did you bake the flour?
@MilhaanHome2 жыл бұрын
Baking the flour removes all the moisture and cooks the flour a little. So when you fry it, it does not taste doughy at all!😊

I don’t digest oil very well at all, so will try baking the kachoris in the oven.
@MilhaanHome3 жыл бұрын
Yes, you should try baking them instead. The pastry has enough oil in it to bake it I’d say. Enjoy 😊

Namaste, Bhen. I really love and appreciate your Instructional Video which is explained with such clarity. I love Kachoris and buy the frozen ones from time to time, but they are fairly expensive. I look forward to trying your recipe, and if it works for me (I am a complete novice), I shall never buy the frozen ones again for as long as I live. Thank you very much for sharing it with us. Stay safe and God bless you.

My pleasure 😊 I'm very happy to help! This Kachori recipe is so yummy! I get so many compliments every time I make them, and I make them often! The flakey pastry is so much better than any you can buy. Please do try it. And give me your feedback too!

I think you better grab your audience start with making the recipe as you indicated with the measurements and show the amounts of each individual ingredient at the end where is someone watching is really interested they will look for that you need to grab people immediately otherwise they get bored if you start with just the ingredients
