I love how HSR seamlessly 'buffs' older characters by introducing new characters/mechanics/relics that synergizes well with them. Topaz, Jingyuan, Xueyi and Smol Herta are clear examples. And their new rerun system that has 4 previous characters is such a huge QOL.

I pulled for The Herta and got her LC (did lose the 50/50 to Himeko but then got her nonetheless) then I still had like 20k jades and some days afterwards I kinda just… pulled for The Herta more and got her E2 (lost 50/50 to Bronya in the mid time). I was super lucky for some earlys in my pulls and I’m loving the E2S1 Herta gameplay I really enjoy it

You can actually give the buff to robin and then buff your main dps at the same time since robin is moving really slow giving a damage true dmg multiplier into robin ults and it's stay for 3 turns while robin sings

I feel like there’s real missed only real yet important arguments for Firefly being Tier 0 is that her best teammates involve two other fire characters that also build break so no matter the enemy lineup, the team itself can break it thanks to FF weakness implant.

FF adn her premium-team (RM/LingShuSha/Fufu) will be probably be furture proof for a very long time. FF hitting 600k while Ling can also dish 300-400k in a cycle, and Fugue with her Ult got potentianl... that's that.

I actually had success using Sparkle with Herta as my support in Apocalyptic Shadow, since I needed Robin on the other side with Feixiao. the two actually performed quite well together, Big Herta is not a traditional hypercarry but she is very SP-hungry and enjoys the action advance, Crit DMG, and other buffs. not to mention Jade being Quantum helps to at least make use of Sparkle's passive. you have to time the action advances right, but it worked for me. I just figured I would mention it, any of the big 3 Powerpuff Girl Harmony supports (and Sunday who is arguably on that level) are good with Big Herta

Remembrance Trailblazer is such a boon to any team with a hyper carry. The action advance as well as the additional True Dmg is an incredible boon to the dmg output. I would definitely put them at least in 0.5. They are just a universally good support.

I mean, there isn’t much more to say about Boothill and Rappa. In the changelog post Fugue they’ve said they’re heavily considering moving them to tier 0. (In terms of gut feeling, I do think they’ll move Rappa. She performed very well last phase, and that likely won’t change with their AoE centric content lately. In the same vein they may hesitate to bring up boothill, but that’s just speculation on my part). At the flip side, there’s zero reason to move firefly down and people need to temper their dislike for a popular character. While on the surface of prydwen’s data, she performs 0.5-1 cycle worse than Fei Xiao, when you filter out the meme teams down to their premium teams (which prydwen heavily bases their ratings on since they don’t look at eidolons or sigs) AND look at their data on the same side, they perform comparatively. Case in point, you can see FF’s data is “inflated” as she’s the most popular pick for side 2 of MoC… despite it being the harder side for her budget teams and the bug generally being bulky. With her performance on that side massively increasing when you bring Fugue and Lingsha into the mix with their high AoE damage dealing with the trotters, and being comparable to Fei Xiao on both sides (slightly losing to her on side 2, but being slight better than her in side 1).

It's crazy Blade is T2. As much as I like him, and he carried me for a long time, I don't think he can be in the same tier as Jingliu, and higher than Argenti. The Herta should seriously have her own tier above T0, even at E0S0 with unfinished traces she's insane. Definitely experienced the powercreep. Finally got enough F2P Jades to pull her (157 pulls after Sunday), got her to lvl 80, slapped a S3 Geniuses', got all her major traces, Skill Talent and Ult to 8, most of the small nodes, and acceptable relics, like 3.7/5 in terms of substats. With hyperspeed E0S1 Sunday, 180 SPD Serval, and E0S0 Lingsha, she autobattled both PF and Apocalyptic Shadow to 3 Stars with Superbreak on the other side. PF floor 4 to 40k points, and the banana robot squad to 3k points. And she still has a lot of room to grow. I don't think I've seen such a level of power at E0S0 in any of the recent characters, save for maybe Feixiao, with the caveat of FX having maxed traces, S5 Cruising, and with *at least* Robin and Aventurine. Or perhaps Firefly, but Superbreak's somewhat unique in terms of mechanics so I'm hesitant to use it for comparison. I think Superbreak is just overtuned, or maybe it seems that way because it's easy to build, yet capable of outputting damage in hundreds of thousands pretty frequently. Speaking of, though, I feel like Firefly being T0 is deserved. Maybe at the bottom of T0, she is on average a bit better than Rappa and Boothill. Boothill can output more single-target damage, but he's also limited to single-target. Rappa has the opposite problem, she is better against bigger groups, but deals less damage against single-target than Firefly, who while not as good as either of them in their preferred niche, is good enough in both that her average capability exceeds the other two.

Rappa and Hill still under FF when the latest break support is twice as beneficial for them as it is for her, Acheron got drooped down patches ago AND the changes to the tierlist structure, only solidifies my belief that ether prydewen is extremely bias towards her or are just too scared of the FF mains to drop her to 0.5 or up the other break dps, especially given that Sunday was also a buff for both Boothill and e0 Acheron and did 0 for her. I have no proof yet I have 0 doubts 😂

I kind of agree with this. I think like before Fugue Rappa was VERY good. Post Fugue Rappa is a monster that absolutely chews through anything you throw at her. Assuming both the FF and Rappa are E0S1 I don't think there's much any really diff between them at all when on their optimal teams. Rappa is really slept on right now.

Herta has been a nice addition to my account since I was lacking both an Ice DPS and a 5 star Erudition unit I have versions of her premium team or I can use more budget options to keep the premium units like Sunday and HuoHuo for Yunli since I have hard invested in her, great unit overall 👍

I pulled for Herta as she appeared on banner (had 70 pulls saved, 0 pity), lost the 50/50 to Gephard, I had 0 pulls by that moment, almost 5 days have passed and I managed to clutch the 5 star and finally got her, I was at the peak of happiness, but as soon as I tried to pull her lightcone on 0 pity with the remnants of my pulls, it appeared on 6 pity (on 50/50), and now, She's complete! She's perfect! 💜

I def think Jingliu is low just cus 2.x was competely devoid of ice weak enemies. And while I am aware that these assume e0s0 I do wonder if firefly is a bit higher cuz her e1 and e2 are so stacked. Im wonderinf if Herta's e2 is actually good or if its a curse in disguise kinda like bennett e6. If you keep getting her enhanced skill, are you going to be able to get 42 stacks ever and will you then lose that 50% damage boost forever?

Herta's E1 is the key here. First the stacks only reset to 15 after the enhanced skill. And then the stacks are calculated to be 50% higher than they actually are. This means 28 stacks count as 42, so you only have to generate 13 stacks between her actions to maximize the damage for the next enhanced skill.

i’m planning to use every single pull i get on the herta! i should get enough to get her… everyone else coming out relies too heavily on characters i don’t have. that’s the problem im having recently- i have everyone for fua, but if I want to make more teams with new characters they rely on other characters who JUST came out… I wanted Sunday but was low on funds, so now I feel like pulling on Aglaea is a waste

Rappa and Fugue are only useful in 1 archetype where as The Herta and Feixiao are more versatile. For example Feixiao hyper carry not fua actually works. And The Herta sure she's tied to 1 erudition but the rest of the team can be more flexible

Firefly is massively overvalued. Mainly due to her popularity and high average investment. Rappa is the exact opposite. Lots of people coping, because they missed out and therefore she HAS to be bad. That being said, T1 upwards does not really matter. We are getting into luxury discussions at this point.
