Awesome. That makes me happy. Having fun and little things to find enjoyment in is a blessing. Life is full of work and hardness sometimes. I’m always looking for the fun and laughter in life. Life’s too short to be miserable. I really appreciate it my friend.💪👍🥃

IF you do a sour mash throw in some back~set. it has a little bit of sugar left over and adds to the taste. I'm running a corn/peach mash today. I'm waiting for 4pm. i got a thing about getting lit to early in the day....lol

By backset… do you mean mash that’s not fermented? I’m completely unfamiliar with sour mash process.🤷♂️

@@BillMcGirr i do mine... i use 1 gal. of water for 1lb. of flaked corn with 1 lb. of 6row for 5 gals. after the corn converts to sugar i pour it all in my fermenter...add yeast. you might want to add corn sugar to get the ABV up. i distill it and the back set is what's left over in your still after distillation. pour that back in your fermenter, that has the spent corn in it, add sugar and yeast do it again. i add water to get it back up to 5gals. I've ran mine 4times. it gets better every time. oak it and it's a excellent drink.

@ Does it matter that I don’t distill on grain?🤷♂️ There’s only liquid left in the still when I’m done. Appreciate the advice brother.💪👍🥃
