We mess Moore’s videos like this. I have so many memories of long middle of nowhere drives over the last decade getting wishlist items

Thanks! I don’t plan to film every trip, but when it’s to an interesting location or situation, I may film more.

Great story Rob! Never seen a Moore's Leg Blaster. Weights sir similar to safety squat bar.

Thank you for watching and commenting! It’s sort of like an SSB and a Marrs bar had a baby. Very different feel than an SSB.

I just used it this week for the first time. Felt like flying a plane haha. I’ll post more about it soon.

That piece is sweet! Some of the vintage items are better than modern equipment in my opinion.

Recently bought a Titan Front Squat Harness. Use with a 5.5 ft standard bar. Do you think the leg blaster feels or works in a similar manner?
@vintageweightspgh Жыл бұрын
I’ve never used one of those so I’m not sure. I’d guess the weight is displaced differently.

I have 2-45 lb and 2-35 lb plates. Both say Standard Olympic. Any info?
@vintageweightspgh Жыл бұрын
They sound like generic plates if they only say that but I really don’t know for sure without seeing them.

@@vintageweightspgh I have photos. Is there anything specific I could look for? I haven't examined them thoroughly. Only superficial rust in some areas.

Very similar to the Frank Zane Leg Blaster. Wonder who copied who.
@vintageweightspgh Жыл бұрын
Jim Moore invented it, and Frank Zane obtained the patent. The copyright on my paperwork says 1983 and also states the patent number. Frank Zane’s has side posts that slope downward and the rack is more developed/streamlined than Moore’s rack, but Zane’s is essentially the same bar. Thanks so much for watching!
