This 35-minute fast walking workout is a great way to get your heart rate up and burn calories while toning your legs and core. It includes a warm-up, a series of brisk walking intervals, and a cool-down.
The workout is suitable for all fitness levels and can be done indoors or outdoors. The brisk walking intervals will challenge you to pick up the pace and push yourself to walk faster, while the cool-down will help you to gradually slow down and bring your heart rate back to normal.

Tiffany I have been following you and doing your videos since March 15, 2023. You have lost alot of weight and look SVELT !!! Great job helping us women to accomplish what you have. I love your workouts. I live in Florida and it’s often too hot to walk outside. Walking indoors with you is perfect! I burned 233 calories, avg heart rate 128 bmp and 3,549 steps. I feel great!

tiffany! I have been watching you off and on for about a year. It's been awhile since I logged in here and you are looking super FIT! What has been the biggest change for you? I imagine some dietary changes along with the way you are structuring your workouts...I'm noticing a lot more HIIT style movements and I love it!! THank you for all that you do!

Hey! yes I'm working on a video about this but the BIGGEST change was changing my eating habits. I came back from a trip and hated how I looked. I walked alot as well. I gained 10 over the holidays(Nov-Dec) but I'm going to do the same to lose it with indoor workouts

I go along great for a month and if I don’t get that results I’m expecting then I’m quick to throw in the towel. This is a new year and I’m applying what I’ve learned. Loved this... I'm gonna do this M W F and do a low intensity on T Th this week... my stats: 654cal, 124-152HR however did fwt up to 153 a few times and steps 3859 not too bad!!
