This was a very good workout for me. I did a 35 min seniors workout with weights beforehand so this cardio really was a good finisher. I’m 66.

Great Hump Day workout! 🔥 Always happy to see one of your uploads. ❤ I did a ton of squats during a kickboxing workout yesterday, so was not planning to do more squats today-- and surprise! More squats! 😂😂😂😂 Well, I got them all done and even did the jump squats for an extra challenge! Loved it! Thank you! ❤

I just found you and I did lose a lot of weight but I gained like 8-10 lbs and need to get it off. I finally found a workout video that I can actually keep up with and I’m 69 yrs young. Now my plan is to workout to this video then rest for 45 min to an hour than do it again and keep going in that manor room f I’m home all day. I have a belly so now I look like I have a baby bump 😂😂😂 so gotta get that back down to almost flat and I know I can do it with your videos. Ty so much for this video….love it when I can do everything u show us even the squats😂😂

Hi Tiffany, another great workout. Just a suggestion your rug needs some rug tape so it will be more stable and safer. Thank you for bringing so many great workouts.

Another great full body workout! Consistently is key. I probably couldn’t do this a year ago, but working out with you almost everyday has strengthened me physically and mentally. One of my favorites!
