I am 81 yrs old and have followed your 30min walking exercise since Thanksgiving Day last year and doing it 6 days/week. I may be a second or two slower in some of your numbers, but in general I am able to keep up with your fast pace. It is helping me greatly, esp. with my balance/equilibrium. I am so thankful to God for enabling me to do the walk home exercise during lockdown. I have lost 10kg and I have a testimony that exercise has good result in our health together with eating healthy. I suffer with arthritis and I have been told by my doctor that I have diabetes type 2 but after few months of walking at home, I have been told that I don't have diabetes anymore glory be to God for giving me the energy. I thank Leslie for being a good trainer and motivator.

This really works as long as you’re consistent. I was a size 12 and now I’m a size 2. I did this workout almost everyday and drank lots of water. Only took a few months and I lost 60 pounds. Leslie is very encouraging and her workouts are the only ones that have given me results.

This is the healthiest and safest way to lose weight. I've been working out with Leslie since June 18th, and I have lost 23 pounds without starving in two and a half months! I love these videos and how they motivate me to have a healthy body. I couldn't be more thankful! Update: I lost 30 pounds total in six months. If anyone is searching thru the comments right now trying to figure out if this workout is effective... let me just tell you: IT IS! I'm down 20 pounds so far. I usually HATE working out but these walk at home videos are awesome. You'll definitely sweat but it's not so strenuous that you'll be in pain. HIGHLY recommend! Do this 4-5 times a week and see where it gets you!

Vikramjit Mitra Yes i did!! Being an asian, it’s rather hard to avoid eating carbo (rice, noodles etc) I just cut back on carbo.. limit my sugar intake .. and i basically do what Ms Sansone says. I exercise 5 times a week. On the days that I don’t do her workout, I take walks around the block.

Yes, I remember when I was a kid some 15 years ago I would rent her vids from the library. Only workouts that would keep me engaged. Since then I couldn’t remember her name but was super easy to find by just looking up “walking workout lady”. Love these workouts and I can actually follow through. 😝

I gained about thirty pounds since the pandemic. I became ill and thought exercise would make things worse. I was in the 280s and after three weeks of starting video, the needle finally moved back and is out of that range. I thank God for this video. I go at my own pace. Today is the first time I was able to do 30 minutes. Woohoo!

I agree. In my opinion, her walking programs are so easy and effective, especially for someone beginning to start working out. I used to get headaches with intense cardio if I didn't eat something heavy before or very soon after iirc, it can be a low blood sugar issue

I think to have to be in good condition to do HIIT and a lot of those intense workouts. Anything that advertises it can make you fit in a small number of minutes a week is probably for those who are almost fit already.

Please be careful only eating one meal a day and make sure that you get enough calories. While you may lose weight at 1st putting your body into starvation mode will slow down your metabolism making it harder in the long run

agree walk at home is legendary! But in my experience, what you eat is even more important...I do custom keto diet, they create a customized keto meal plan just for you, so you eat (almost) what you like and lose weight! Check how it works here customketo4u.com 👍

I don't usually write comments but this workout really work and the instructor really motivate you to keep going. I'm in my late 30s, I'm 6ft. I had my son 1 year ago and I had a c-section. I tried everything from dieting to fasting to different workouts and nothing work untill five months ago. When I started this workout, I was 270 and now I'm 200 which is great for my height. If you keep up with this workout 3x a week, u will lose weight. To help with my weight loss, I got a 14 day colon cleanse and I started drinking more water. Thanks for the exercising video💓

@@syedashahbanogillani2694 I didn't diet or skip meals. I ate regular everyday food when I'm hungry and I stopped once my stomach felt full. I didn't over eat. The first step to losing weight is to clean your stomach and make sure to drink your daily intake of water. This exercise is simple and fun, just keep up with it and you'll see the change. I'm happy to say I'm 185 now and I eat the same. I don't stress about my weight or about my calorie intake. I eat 3 meals a day and I snack in between meals. When you stress about losing weight it won't move. Just relax and let your body work and STOP WATCHING YOUR WEIGHT EVERYDAY for the first few weeks. I used to do that and it used to stress me out more when my weight stayed the same but once I stopped and focused on being happy and pushed myself to get my 3x a week exercise, I realized the weight just came off. I wish everyone success on their weight loss journey. I didn't think I could do it but I did and you can too. Just don't give up!

I did these until I was fit enough to lift weights (after becoming a mother and losing my mother in less than a year apart) and now I do them when I just need to feel better. I love Leslie and the gang so much for how much they've done for everyone ❤

This is a very enjoyable walk with a cheerful crew. It's very encouraging, contagious and my fav by Leslie Sansone. The last 9 months, 5 days a week, I was able to lower my blood sugar level and better control my cholesterol, therefore; lowering my prescription drugs at the age of 69 while feeling good too.
