I’ve owned this knife with green micrata and button lock. A really unique opening/closing knife. I’ve enjoyed alot. Well worth the reasonable price. ❤

Civivi are making some great knives for a great price. I think they're one of those Chinese manufacturers that are making great choices. Thanks for watching Martyn
@43Lugan Жыл бұрын
This is a Chinese product that I'm not embarrassed to recommend. It's manufacturing is top notch. Perfectly centered blade, recessed pocket hook. Tho the opening is not snappy. It's good and smooth but it's not snappy... and that's not a negative, just an observation.

I think there's a new tier of Chinese products that's arrived. Western companies that are investing in getting products made right. WE Knives and Civivi are making incredible knives that are also great value for money too

It all depends if you carry it in public. Most knives are legal to keep and own. I can carry a 12" machete and walk in the woods... But not walk about the pub with one 😂

Saying it is EDC when you cant carry it in the U.K. is a bit of a push.
@MoorlanderEDC Жыл бұрын
Kinda true, but that's only in public. I work from home and go out into woods like this at the weekend. That's not classed as a public place. Plus only 20% of my audience is from the UK. Lots of other countries have better knife laws than here. It's a bit of a pain but I can still EDC this as much as I'd like. Where abouts are you Steven? I'm guessing you've got way better laws 🤙 hope you enjoyed the content fella 🖐️

Just out of curiosity is that a private woodland or woodland you own? How do you get to that woodland? Unfortunately in the U.K you've got to be exceptionally careful.
@MoorlanderEDC Жыл бұрын
@@zebedee4 it's a local woodland that's owned by the forestry commission (I think that's who owns it). I self identify as the Moorlander, the 624th Crowned King of the Kingdom of the Moorlands, and i identify as the private owner as this land 🤣

Field test? I can vouch that this knife was tested on 100,000,031.6 Amazon boxes. I did 6 tours back in 98 with the Post Office and this has over 3000 confirmed envelope openings. It's seen some action fo show! 🤙

UK knife laws are soooooo dumb. How can y'all let your government tell you that you can't carry a knife because... it has a safety lock on the blade???
@MoorlanderEDC17 күн бұрын
Yep, I have to agree. Unfortunately we've left the wolf in the door and the media is working along with them. Knife crime is up and the media perception is knives is at an all time low. Common sense and reason isn't enough to change the mind of the sheep. It's our own fault really... but hopefully the UK is standing out as a shining example to other countries of what can go wrong if you vote in the wrong government and allow them to slow take your freedoms from you
