That's crazy...I've been noticing my uploads have been slower to process too before they hit HD, usually 1-2 hours per 10 minutes of footage. Just sucks :(

Sweet video. That is a beast of a bull. A trick an old timer taught me for dragging them out of the bush is you put a rope or strap around the base of the rack and then do a half hitch around the nose. When you pull it, it automatically pulls the rack out of the mud or snow and keeps it fully upright.......Then your brother doesn't have to ride it home 🤣🤣

Lots of fun. It reminds me of 2 friends and i. Back through the 1990s. We used old army tent and kerosene stove. We used a 6 foot around stone fire pit for our gathering and cooking. We used Ford Super Duty to get way back in the woods of Michigan's UP. The deep snow required snow shoes. Keep it up as long as you can. 👍

@bobinthewest There is no such thing...there is no retirement home for old animals...only death. Imagine being ripped apart by a pack of wolves while you are alive. You have no idea how much pain I saved him with a quick dispatch.

I drove my 1964 Dodge Polara to Sandilands Forest an hour east of my home town in south east Manitoba and brought my .270 Remington pump action rifle and could get my game back home before the end of the day, sometimes the same morning without a big expenditure. No fancy gear, equipment or vehicles... just basic outdoor clothes and boots, my car, rifle, Buck knife, cheap binoculars, and time.

I don't know if you had any ladies watching, but 3 of my 4 brothers were hunters. They hunted for deer and turkeys here in the Midwest. Great Video Dave, the hunting gods blessed you with a beautiful animal. There is lots of meat there for you and your families. That Argo is definitely the difference maker in a trip like that where you have to go that far back into the bush. In fact I’m not sure you could have got that amount of gear with anything but that machine into your camp. I dunno what you paid for it but worth every penny.
