Nice informative. But it is wrong to say that Maharaja Ranjit Singh was against the muslims. In fact he was a secular ruler and had many important ministers who were muslims. He got constructed and repaired many mosques. He used to bestow rewards and recognition to muslim scholars. Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs had same and equal rights in his empire.

BTW Your vlog are well researched, narration beautiful and pronunciation of the words correct. Love and look forward to always as you made me( again) into a serious history especially Indian history enthusiast. I was (in January, month before last ) inside Gurdwara Dera Sahib. Spent an hour there!!

I have some reservation about this because Ranjeet Singh after all was like a king so if he had fallen in love he could provide privacy and highest life standard . One more point were there no childeren from Mora specially when RS and Mora were quite young too. This is my view from London
