We have missed these guys for a (way too) long time. Too bad that Pete Sandoval wasn't present, but interim-drummer Tim Yeung (ex Hate Eternal, Vital Remains, Nile) did a f*cking great job (as you can see and hear). He is amazing.
The setlist was fantastic with new and a lot of old songs. 013 does not have the best accousticsound, but Morbid Angel have proved that with a great soundengineer even at 013 a detailed sound is possible.
We hope to see them soon again!!!!

Man, thanks for posting the gig! The best quality show with new tracks on KZbin yet. Morbid Angel is in top shape. Tim rips it up on the drums like a beast, though I can't wait to see Pete back again.

@Friendroid You're welcome. It was all our pleasure in recording it. Luckily the new songs don't sound as bad as they do on the new album. And yes, we are disappointed by that record. To much variation and deviation for our taste. Nevertheless, it was great to see them live again. Funny part was that we met Dave three days later visiting a Vader concert (recorded that also....).

@Friendroid Listen to the new Album over and over, you can appreciate it for the masterpiece it is. Long time Morbid Angel fan here (22 years!) and they offer something new every recprd, try to appreciate that, you have masters of the genre who are still playing. That won't last forever.
