Morcong Hubad
1cup Oil for frying
11/2 chop liempo
All purpose flour
1whole minced garlic
2 medium sz minced onion
3 tbsp tomato paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
1cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup calamansi juice
2-3pcs bay leaves
1tsp oregano
2 jumbo hotdog sliced diagonally
2 medium carrots sliced into strips
2 pcs sliced bell pepper
1tbsp pickles
2tbsp grated cheese
3 pcs hard boiled eggs
Enough water
1 tbsp salt
1tbsp sugar
