Love your videos, you do quick skirmish games and present them so well. I love Mordheim and Necromunda back in the day. Still have undead, Orc and Goblin and Skaven warbands that occasionally get updated models. Also got a Van Saar gang for Necromunda Underhive. Love your models too. Great Battle Report! I like the theme of Mordeim, but it's a dice-chucking game. I prefer Frostgrave. The combat is faster and it keeps the game constantly moving. keep up the great work on the channel!

This is a great format for Mordheim, my friends and I have been playing a long campaign for a few months and its been great! A few mistakes were made during the game, which is understandable as Mordheim is unclear about rules at the best of times! Ghouls have 2 attacks by default You cannot shoot into an ongoing combat, even if models are knocked down/stunned Zombies have the 'no pain rule' as all undead models do, which means they cannot be stunned and treat that result as knocked down instead

Oh thank you! For some reason I thought knocked down/stunned models didn’t count as engaged.

@@MiniatureGameMontage No, you're right. Doesn't count as in combat as the wolf can just walk away from knocked down/stunned opponent. Would add 2 things too; zombies can't get stunned, and any successful wound on a knocked down model (after saves if applicable) is an automatic out of action, no need to roll.

@@drewbagd The Dire Wolf is still in combat. He just has the power to move away from the combat if it desires. You wouldn't be able to fire into combat.

@@PantherInTheGrass Disagreed. First, I don't think RAW it's totally clear that either of them is in combat when one is down. Second, the rules state that you cannot shoot 'into combat' because it is far to dangerous for your own bandmates. However, if one of your bandmates is on the ground about to be stomped out, it would certainly stand to reason that they're only chance at survival would be getting ranged assistance from a friend. RAW I think it's vague, thematically and logically it makes perfect sense that you can shoot that wolf.

Awesome video! Around 10:30 you rolled for the ghouls charging, normally you don't roll to charge in mordheim. The leadership test against fear, was by the book though.
