I believe the most requested/best ever tank is the Type 95 Ha-Go.....

Love the Maus. I used one twice, in a 1k standard game against a US Airborne player. The tank parked itself in the center of the board and tanked being shot by a bazooka, Sherman, and medium at every turn. I brought a Chaplain and he'd him hide behind the Maus to get rid of a free pin each turn. The tiger fear rule really helped with immobilizing the other players infantry movement.

Maus my love... there are no bad or ugly things about you, only quirky things.

It has the same cannon and rule as the Jagdtiger, the Tiger I and II has a super heavy but after half range (over 42 inches) it drops to 6 pen value.

A friend Gifted me a Soviet T-35 for X-mas. Played it about 5 fun games, with mixed results. I think that would be a good review for your next big tank.

Do a US tank next and be sure to talk about how good a gyro stabilized gun can be on a Veteran Sherman, Chaffee or Pershing!

The only super heavy I would ever consider is actually the Thor Panzermech from K47 (yes I know not strictly Bolt Action but you should so try K47), the combination of cheapish super heavy and a Heavy Howitzer just means you pin the enemy tank out of the game and then just swap over to BLAMing Infantry off the board. Every other super heavy, BA or K47 is just too expensive. Check it out.

If this thing had seen action , the top armour would have been very venerable to air power and artillery. The thing weighed so much they had to reduce the weight. So they trimmed it off the top. The thing was basically built because Hitler was obsessed by putting bigger and bigger guns on tanks. Many historians think he was over compensating for something lmao 🤣

Ask yourself this peeps would you rather have 15 T34 or on Mouse 🐭 the economics of war

@@LooneyPoliticsTunes Bridges was the main enemy of this thing as there was only a grand total of 5 yes 5 bridges in all of Europe that could even support and carry the thing, without it breaking apart and having it drop in the river. This was why it took the Soviets almost 8 months to get the lone complete prototype back to Kubinka because they had to reinforce all the bridges the train that was hauling it to cross without any of them getting wrecked because of the 188 ton weight of said tank.

Good stuff Glory! Love your content. I came here for the Bolt Action and stayed for that sultry voice and now almost want to buy 200 of the Emperors Finest and hit the local 40k scene. But I digress. I do have a question for the chat. I am trying to get a BA group going in my area. I got the Brits and Japanese and I realized the Japanese are awesome but not the best way to introduce people to BA. What armies would be a really good, friendly, 1st teaching game for people that are interested? Any experiences and advice? I got a few people that are interested but don’t want to pull the trigger yet.

I got one had a couple of games with it, surprisingly it survived both. and I cared little about it been shot drove it on a road to where I wanted it, and it managed to cause devastation been lucky and not missing. If you want to play against it just say, where I'm sure it'll die on camera

Let’s be honest here….no one is trying to run this in a 1000 point game. I don’t even follow the “1000 point” platoon rules. I just build reinforced platoon set at whatever points value that I think would make a fun game. Most of the time, it’s 1500 points plus. Honestly German tanks are super overpriced, and the only way to remotely balance that is by running bigger games.

I have a 3d printed one of these and Now I Know It does have rules I'm so happy.. Only question now is does my other 3d printed german super heavy tank the E100 have Rules? Does anyone know?
