Sturmtiger on the table top: It's does a lot of damage. If it does not destroy something it'll lay a hell of a lot of pins on it. Sturmtiger in real life: Erases a company of Shermans that were parked at a crossroads with a single shot.

Provided artillery didn't get it first or air attack cause them to fall back. Or it was mechanically capable of getting close enough to lob a shell at anything.
