If they really want to make it accurate, it should take three rounds to reload it and if you take any pins during that time you have to start over.

Sturmtiger on the table top: It's does a lot of damage. If it does not destroy something it'll lay a hell of a lot of pins on it. Sturmtiger in real life: Erases a company of Shermans that were parked at a crossroads with a single shot.

Provided artillery didn't get it first or air attack cause them to fall back. Or it was mechanically capable of getting close enough to lob a shell at anything.
