Minute 11:22, first Game-mistake ;) , there is no Fight (value) 5 spear support, the elves had shot in the shot phase. So they can not support in the fight phase that turn!

Why does the Rohan player move Gamling 1" at 27:30 minute mark? He won the fight but fails to wound, then shuffles him 1" towards the centre of the line when it should have been the Evil model that was moved.

Eagle eyes! You’re quite right! It looks like a slip of the mind - an automatic reaction to failure perhaps? Either way it wouldn’t have made any difference, gamling was very close to the Witchking anyway so would have been able to charge!

Yes, but their heroes can do some work and their numbers could easily swamp the Morannons at the back. Meanwhile my heroes charging two Hunter orcs can be very dangerous with 4 S4 hits coming back at me!

I’ve always considered line of sight queries like that an abstract sort of point. In MESBG you only need to see a fraction of the model to shoot at it, so even if 99% of it was obscured Legolas would still get his shot.

I played Will at the last even i went to with my Rohan (helm's Legion). i think he had 4 moria blacksheild shaman's and a regular shaman, he smashed me but was a great opponent

Will is an absolute gent, you can see here from his kind helpful hints (which undoubtedly help me hugely!)! He has also dabbled in some odd lists recently - but it still fearsome to face at the tabletop! Glad to hear!
