Mordred's kit being similar to Arthur's probably has something to do with him being Arthur's illegitimate son in many versions of the story.

Played a few games myself today and man it was fun. Maybe its just me but kinda feels waaay better to play than the OG in some aspects, especially when I booted the original up to play after I was done with SMITE 2. Mordred is fun too. The baby dash ability you get sometimes is REALLY cool and it makes me wonder what else they can do with the interact button.

I’ve been getting stutters myself as well. Have a Ryzen 7 5800x and a 4070 Super. Can play Arena with high settings and Conquest on Medium with comfortable frames (90-100+)

I know how much Mast loves having his pronunciation corrected so... Brooch is pronounced broach not brewch. Its an old middle english word, the "oo" makes a hard "oh" sound.

i have a 4090 and a 13900k as well. game stutters literally every time a hades ults. also just stutters randomly from time to time. i took the feedback survey and optimization was the main thing i talked about

i actually found that turning off ragdolls helps A LOT. highly recommend. doesnt solve stuttering completely but it definitely helps a lot.

I have been trying to report bugs that has been happening with mordreds ult where youll run in place or move VERY slow, kuku not being silenced out of his slow immune and walking free from hades ult, how sol is cc immune as soon as she presses her 3 and makes mordred go through the entire animation in big ult as she just runs away but does 0 dmg and knockup aswell as fenrir being cc immune as he pops his leap which again causes mordred to go into full animation with 0 dmg 0 knockup. but have gotten 0 feedback and idk where else to report besides that QR code. just letting everyone know some bugs.

Mords ult is massively buggy and doesn’t work on hit sometimes and the enemy can just walk out if it. Very weird and Aegis is acting like beads with his ult so they just don’t get CC by it so they just get away for free :(

My pc is 12 years old Before I started playing SMite 2 beta in June of 2012 old and I don't stutter in SMite 2 and I can't even play Smite 1 it is so bad. However it does have a problem with audio where it will max my CPU and certain abilities just become horrid. Kuku's 3, zeus ult to name a few just go out of control.

As a new player, I have no idea about buying items and so called "builds" is there a chance you could link a website or guide on what/when to buy?

I’d stick to just using auto/recommended builds until you get a feel for the items. Other than that, just build what you want tbh. It’s only the alpha, so it’s not like the games you play are gonna mean anything. This entire phase of the game should just be about messing with the items and different builds and seeing what works. All in all, just have fun with it, play the game however you wanna play it and don’t read too much into what others say/do because, again, it is just 24/7 alpha. It’s nowhere near being the full release game

To add onto the above comment, there isn't a meta right now as it's brand new. Yeah a lot of the items are 75% what they are in smite 1, but there's enough difference that you can't always copy paste. Focus on getting used to what the items do, then worry about meta builds

I've been playing Deadlock forbthe past week or so and hopping back on Smite 2 for the release it feels like an old game already 😢 I'm jumping ship to Deadlock. Ive loved Smite for a decade but Valve are just better devs and the combat and mechanics of Deadlock is just on another level entirely.

Personally I think Deadlock looks SUPER fun to play, definetly want to try it when I can. Can see myself getting addicted. That being said I don't really like watching it lol. Maybe if you turned game volume up or something it would be better. Just too bland maybe. Your last video I had it on while I worked and wouldnt even had known you got a triple kill if you didnt say "1, 2, and 3" because I didnt hear anything happening.
