You have already filled up one of the new bins - that is a lot of beans, which means lots of combine fulls to fill. And lots of work from you. Good luck in playing the market. Now I appreciate your lightning intro as we are having a lot of lightning fires out here in No. Cal. It isn't typical for us to get storms in the summer when things are dry, but an unusual weather event brought a lightning storm thru a lot of CA with over 10,000 lightning strikes, and that stated over 350 fires across the state, which no one was ready for and little containment as of five days later. I pray for your protection during the coming thunderstorms.

You should get one of those fast setup tents that have pliable solar panels. You could set it up near the field, plug in a fan, maybe one with a water mister, some musak. Seriously, it's the little things.

brad bechly b the videos Brad, seeing real people do real work to earn a living and appreciate what they are able to achieve for so much effort and so little rain is what modern farming is. The amount of spraying they do is out there but they explain why they do it. The cost of the spraying they do here in Australia is not viable, but the crop they are taking of is a real credit to all the Welkers. You can see that all the families support the Star Actors (lol) on the videos, Farming is not successful without that support. Your families are the epitome of what farming and love is. 👍

It's Concrete. Cement (Portland cement) is what is mixed with stones and sand and water to make concrete. Concrete "cures or sets" as an "exothermic (gives off heat)" chemical reaction which you can tell by the fact that it gets warm as it is curing. It needs to retain the moisture to allow the chemical reaction to go to completion, that is why they wet the ground so that it doesn't dry out too soon and also why they will spread plastic over it if there is a wind. That would greatly weaken the end product. The fact that it is a chemical reaction instead of a "drying" process explains why concrete will cure underwater as long as there is no current to dilute and wash the concrete away while still in the semi-liquid state.

5:33 we always put platic under concrete to prevent the moisture going in the ground. I see some fancy net holders to keep netting from the floor. We always use rejected tiles and smash them and put it under the iron thats cheaper. These bins will last years build by pro's:)
