Definitely relate to this. Like being alone because I like silence and peace. TY for sharing this.

oh yeah, i definitely prefer being alone. i'm an introvert, absolutely, and an empath. as i've gotten older, i've realized how draining being around people really is. being in lockdown and this whole pandemic thing is almost a godsend for me. i mean, i hate the idea of all the restrictions, but i don't mind having an excuse to stay home or only be around my very close friend. i'm grateful for your videos. thank you! :)

Thank you for being a very helpful guide during my healing journey. Could you please make a video about how to heal "feeling guilty all the time". What is the root cause, how to get rid of this terrible feeling ...

Thank you for some insight on this. Do you have a tapping script/exploration on this? The lack of feeling safe, avoidance, 'better off just being alone-can't get hurt-the hurt of alone is better than other hurting me' sort of thing? Many thanks. Like your insights and explanations. Pretty much hit many nails on their heads!!

Thanks for the introvert and extrovert explanation!! And it's the EXCACT same reasons you said, that I don't open up to a lot of people. Someone once said to me (not to long ago), you're a very different person (different, being another word for strange), I'm going to study you. I was like :o deep inside. Although she ment it good I guess. Also, opening up on the internet is much much less difficult then opening up to someone in real life. Thank you for this video!! :)

Me, an HSP... Up to now, have NOT been able to do EFT (tapping), because it feels like physical abuse! Any ideas anyone????? (Note: HSP stands for Highly Sensitive Person. I like thinking of HSP as Highly SENSORY Person.) Ruth

Hi Renee I'm new to your channel. I realise that this isn't one of your EFT tapping videos, however . . . What I really need please, is an EFT video tutorial/video to help me (and other viewers) to recover from other people's anger outbursts / verbal assaults please. I'm finding that more and more if you say anything that somebody doesn't agree to, then "world war 3 breaks out"!!! (No pun intended.) Thank you John
