wow, that was profound. when she asked you "why are you judging yourself?" i realized how much i judge myself and make myself wrong for not doing life "perfectly". i'm an empath who was criticized by my mother so much while growing up, because she thought she was helping, but it all only made me feel very self-conscious and like i was *wrong* all the time.

Just recently I asked a coworker if I could have there free lunch as well because I was hungry and didn’t eat all day and I literally started getting anxiety and guilty for even asking for my needs to be met.
