Hilarious that Nell actually doesn't come back and so a random troop has to replace her! Yep, that's 任天堂 "Nintendō" in kanji indeed, the attention to detail in both the originals and this remake is incredible!

The 'Nintendo' map was a nice addition as an easter egg from the original games...the one in Dual Strike does the same but has 2 different ones depending on region! It has 'Advance Wars' in the western release or it in japa ese in well...japan with cusyom tiles to look like the nation logos underneath, they actually bothered to change it with the region lol

I wonder if there's any more Easter eggs in the game. I guess if it counts, i did see that there are a few tunes in the game that actually originated from the older Famicom Wars games. WayForward definitely did their homework here.

I wonder if there's an Easter Egg in Reboot Camp where in the first level of the campaign (both AW1 and AW2), you run out of the unit's fuel triggers the dialogue where Nell become very disappointed to Andy and tell you to Yield and start over, similar to the original game?

Funny story I didn't know about the minus button easter egg, I'd did the original using L+R+A from the GBA version but that didn't work so I recreated the map by hand and posted it to Twitter joking I found it. Well now I feel stupid lol

@@WardieJayPlays I have the glitch steps listed, but it would probably be easier to watch a tutorial for it as it’s seen in the original Advance Wars. (It’s also commonly referred to as the Map Editor Glitch)
