The way capturing works is curious; not sure how I feel about it yet, but it is definitely different and I can respect trying something different. The UI needs some work, for sure. Being able to see what a unit is by hovering over it, being able to review a unit on the map, reviewing terrain types to see the movement costs, the list could go on if I wanted. The Rhino is hilarious and I'm down for stupid unique units like it. It could take a nerf to its Move, probably, but I also don't care for PvP so not fussed if it doesn't. The character designs so far are... eh. Jackson is the most generic military officer ever, the desert region characters having a Mad Max vibe feels overdone. Not winning any point from me yet. So far overall, I think the game has enough potential to distinguish itself from Advance Wars and Wargroove with its differences in units and mechanics. But there's definitely room for polish. Will be keeping an eye out as it updates.

I uh...certainly never expected Hawke to kill Sturm with an energy punch. Granted I never knew what the heck his CO power even was, just what it did in terms of gameplay. I always thought it was just some sort of aerial bombardment and in the original game, Hawke was somewhere else as he ordered a bombardment to kill Sturm.

1:55:06 I can tell you why. From My PoV in game. I killed within sight of chrystails. I was unaware crewmate vision was turned up, therefore I wasn't able to make a break from purple's vision. there was also a comms person that could see me cause they were just outside of vision but too close for me to run away. Having too much vision makes being impostor game play incredibly stally, as there are no real time windows to kill crewmates when there is so much coverage between alibis and security cams
