Part of the backdrop to all this, is the fact that USA has passed the legislation needed to go to war with Iran, based on Iran's nuclear goals. Nothing has really changed on that side of things, so as far as America is concerned, the situation remains unresolved. My guess is that we're seeing the early stages of war.... unless Israel has a sudden change of heart about Gaza...and that seems unlikely 🤷‍♂️

Drones have got very close to a highly sensitive location without being detected / shot down sooner. Surveillance or not that is a loud and clear message 'we can get close, very close'. That's not quite the assassin leaving a calling card inside the castle but it is close enough to create sleepless nights.

I heard about the Skymaster thing too..just the name brings an ill feeling, too similar to Skynet!..I’m amazed we’ve not had fuel protests. Remember when it was about to hit £1 a litre and all the truckers were protesting and blocking refineries?..where are they now?..why no kick offs?..bizarre

Just a heads up, I was sat on one of your least preferred channels on Thursday morning (03:00) for 6 hours listening to SkyMaster/SkyKing EAMs between US CC (Command & Control) and its Bombers, the messages were back-to-back for hours transmitting Verification and Launch codes. Israel informed the US of the planned attack and the US armed just incase of an Iranian retaliation. 24 hours later, this morning Israel attack, albeit, light but could be a probing act. The obvious end game is to disarm Iran of any Nuclear weapons as you cannot have a Terrorists State with a Nuclear arsenal. How and when they achieve that goal will be played out over the coming weeks. For us here in the UK, oil & petrol prices may be influenced but depends how far this escalates.

Yup....agreed.... I did read that Iran plans to "filter" the Strait of Hormuz, rather than close it. Only allowing friendly ships to pass...so EU will have to look elsewhere for it's oil.

@@everydayprepper Military communications used to be my bag, anything sensitive is encrypted so all you can really do is gauge how 'busy' things are. Even on clear UHF type circuits things can be encoded or at least should be with low grade codes. Its entirely possible that stuff gets pushed out to spoof anyone listening in but I wouldn't read too much into anything that Joe Public can pick up.
