She is a master mind. When Stephan returned to the house with the clicker I think he was going back to get instructions from Jennifer. He did not have his phone, so to talk to her he had to go back to his phone or speak to her in person. If that's so ,she told him to go to the Holiday Inn upper parking deck an put Madeline's body in the trunk of the car. We know while he was in the house Madeline's body was out in the front seat of the car. If Jennifer were there wouldn't she ask " did you drop off Madeline". Or she could have gone outside and seen Madeline there dead in that car. He took a big chance going back to the house. That's why I think Jennifer was telling Stephan what to do. When she was talking to police she would cry for a few minutes but could recover and talk in a normal voice within a few seconds. No sniffle no red nose. She was trying to play how she thought the interviewer expected her to act. She even told him so. I think Stephan was on his way to where Jennifer told him to take Madeline's body. But he got a flat tire. That messed up her perfect plan.

Remember, Jenn said she worked for this school not long before this happened so 1. She absolutely knows what the office hours are and who is still in the school. 2. She has direct contact numbers for the staff she would need to speak with to find out ANYTHING about Maddie being at school that day! 3. She knew exactly where to go to get into the school and look for her. 4. The staff would’ve opened that door for her and contacted the resource officer and started the search for her ASAP!

In the report it says the call was almost 7pm. If I had been at the school at 230 and it's now 7pm and I have no clue where my child is I'd loose my mind. I'd be at the school or police station freaking out. Then she goes straight home to "wait for her" after she claimed to be at her moms bc maddie would not be able to find her way home. He whole story makes no sense. Maddies friends dad even went out to search that night for her, the one jenn texted, but jenn needed her sleep. Disgusting.

Jenn said he called her (could have said texted) while she was at her blood apt. that was a lot of info at that time. who wants disturbed while at an appointment? not a blood apt or doctors. why so much phone doing on that day? not like you didn't just see him a bit ago.

According to the timeline of comings and goings of SS and JS, we can see that during the day they only spent about 45 minutes in the apartment together that Monday, and this was the time that SS used to “update” his phone, and he managed to wipe it instead.

I still think that Jenn was the person in the grainy video at the church where SS was supposed to drop Maddy off. Jenn had no interest in looking at the video but said that her sister looked at it. If my daughter was missing I would have demanded to see that video. Jenn had lied from minute 1.

That's a very good point. There is evidence that Maddie would not have been alive around the morning time, and therefore, she could not have seen her getting ready. Even if you believe that Jen was just totally ignorant and did not know of the abuse, this shows she is likely either an accessory after the fact or an accomplice. She later on says she "hears" her getting ready instead, which reminds me of the Maya Millete case where her husband "heard" her in the kitchen before she went missing.

He says to the cops that he dropped her off at 8:30 -8:45. But in another statement to officers, he talks about making "really good time", and leaving by 7:30. Good catch. In the arrest affidavit it states that Jen went off to pick up Maddie at 2:30 allegedly. Bc it states that after Stephan's flat tire, he got home just "after Jen left." I hope the cops did their due diligence about the school. Check out Stephan's report next, he lied, and lied, and lied.

I have spoke to enough officers too, frustrated because they are forced to be in the scene, deal with the results of abuse only to have an attorney decide, not worth prosecuting. Bigger fish to fry. I especially get mad when judges so often drop resisting arrest. So many criminals behave stupid because they have learned lawyers will ignore how they abuse our LEO. That LEO arrest CA, DV, again and again because our legal system isn't investigating these crimes right. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. except SS. i think someone needs to get a compairsion of those 2 timelines. from the very first interviews. it wasn't possible for Jenn to be awake at 7:30 or so when she said SS come in there to wrangle the dog, why did she need to leave so darn early to go to school? why did she really cancel her botox apt? how was Jenn telling the truth when she said she goes to sleep right after she takes her meds? she said she got home @ 10:30, sent them upstairs @ 11:00, and yet her phone is being put on the charger @ 6 minutes to midnight. that is nearly an hour from the time she claims to have sent SS upstairs. one more thing, there is no proof of Madelines movements after she was dropped off from the party. none. no one can proove she was alive. Madeline isn't here to tell us what really happened. Jenn claims she was putting things away and saw Madeline's phone on the dressar, when did she have time to clean? what did she clean? was she helping SS clean the crime scene? they forgot a croc.

Well, "we go forward, we go back" Frank Herbert. Not charging JS is going backwards. There are parents right now, paying attention to this case who are abusing or enabling abusers. As long as enablers feel protected because the laws on our books will not be prosecuted? More children will suffer. Children who are abused grow up living with trauma. This hurts society as a whole. Our children will be living in society with these abused children. Many of us learn to manage but what about the many that didn't? Many give up their lives because they have no hope or experience of what is good. This kind of abuse severely hurt my family. My mother never became a good person. Living my whole life, I'm rather old, having the share a planet with known abusers living free. Corrupting other family members. Our family started out with problems but when a convicted CA was moved into our home? It was every child for themselves. We were close but abuse scattered us about. My mother scammed SSDI. I have a half-sister who had to grow-up knowing her father was a convicted SA on Megan's List who later served time at Rikers for more grape crimes. Letting enablers off is erasing children. Maddie might have grown up to be an incredible person. We will never know because JS pushed her child into the hands of a CSA.

She told police that she usually goes an hour early because of the pickup line traffic. This is something I do when I pickup my daughter cause she goes to a private school that has carpool pickup lines and they fill up pretty quick so if I don’t go early then it would take an extra hour of waiting in line to pickup my daughter due to traffic. However where she lied was when she said she “only waited 10 minutes after the school got out cause she couldn’t stay in the line cause it was holding back traffic” and that’s bs because the way the carpool lanes are set up is that as soon as someone picks up the child from the front of the school they pull out of the carpool lane and drive off. The carpool lane is its own lane and you basically just migrate to the front of the line till you get to the very top and then you wait there for your child. And you can stay there for as long as you want to or till your child comes out. But she knew her child wasn’t coming out hence why she stayed there for ten minutes and left. To her moms work

It's so weird to hear the same words come out her mouth. It makes me think they were abusing her together. if the dog leash theory was agreed to by both JS and SS, why would SS never mention it? Maybe SS went into JS’s bedroom to retrieve crocs or the leash (for nefarious purposes) and gave JS an excuse. SS would have no motivation to tell LE that he was in JS’s bedroom that morning.

I've been asking the question of whether Jenn really ever went to pick up Maddie since the first time she said she left at 2:30, and waited in the line for over an hour....if she were there at 3pm and waited an hour, why? Was there video evidence? Why didn't the school question why there was a car hanging around outside the school for an hour or longer before school let out. Why would she not just circle round to the back of the line or pull up across the road and go into the office, why didn't she call school to see where Maddie was when she didn't come out? If she was there before anyone came out of school why not notice something was off when Maddie's friends came out without her and why not ask them then if they knew where Maddie was? Very astute observation. Soto’s car may very well NOT have been in that student pick-up line. This definitely needs to be determined. If not, as I believe she already knew Madeline was dead. Someone tell me why after Sterns got Maddie’s body into the trunk he drove straight home to Jenn’s house and her statement was they say and talked for a couple of hours. About WHAT?! Why didn’t he just keep on going to find a disposal site rather than taking the body home to talk to Jenn. If the Kissimmee Police Dept sees this, why are you letting her off the hook when the actual murder could have been done by Jenn???

Jen is not the brightest bulb but she wants what she wants and makes sure to get it. In this case she wanted to keep Stephan Sterns in her life even when she knew he SA’ed her own daughter. In fact, she allowed him to SA her daughter and kept exposing her to abuse for years just to keep him in her life. She should be prosecuted for all of her behaviors where it is applicable. After all, why should she be an exception? Remember…Mattie would STILL BE ALIVE if her mother DIDN’T tell them to sleep together that night. That alone is prosecutable. I’m hoping the DA decides to charge her with negligence AND PERJURY at a MINIMUM. She could even be persecuted as an ACCESSORY for her role in facilitating the heinous acts that took place for several years.

One of the things that Jen did that made me think she may not have realized Madeline was deceased was when she called Maddy's phone when she did not come out of the school. forgetting that Maddy forgot her phone and that Jen had it in her car picking mady up. i think it rang once or something and the police saw that exchange.

Nice catch Strategic about pick Maddie from school. Why did she want´s to be 1st in line? She stated she left home at 2:30 and M should be picked up by 4PM? 20 minutes from home to school according to J. Why such rush to school? And only stay for 10 minutes after she saw that M did not came out? She stated that she was at school over 1 hour, 50 minutes waiting, and 10 minutes before she left. This is something very strange with that. Should be more logic to not leave that fast, insteed get out of car and searching and talking to everyone there. This was the place she should M would have been. Wish everybody a blessed Thanksgiving day 💚💜💚
