More Fanuc Robot handling of the Shear-Hog inserts

The old robot video was too small since I took it from instagram so I shot another one and added cheesy music. I was asked after a post on instagram how the inserts are held down during grinding. It's all in the pin and collet system.

What is your current bottleneck in the process? Is it the grind time or is it the handling?

Max Maruszewski there is no bottle neck currently. I have the robot running at 30% because it takes just under 4 minutes per insert which plenty of time for the robot to drop off a finished insert and load an unground one. We are making approximately 350 inserts per day and can't keep them on the shelf.
