I was about to type "I know you guys aren't all about lights but you're losing the fogs!" and then you put those awesome off road lights on there. They'll come in handy for night wheeling. My mechanic is installing 5.13 gears and front/rear Eaton lockers on my Jeep as we speak. I can't wait to get it back this week!

Sweet set up, I recently add the WARN BUMPER and a 9500Smittybuilt along with 4 off-road lites, and the RC SWITCH PANEL!! That thing is SWEET!! HOWEVER, due to nesseccity, I reluctantly traded my BELOVED JEEP in last Friday for a 2019 RAM 1500. Everytime I turned around, I was needing a truck.. I've been owning Jeeps since 1997!! It's bittersweet, someday again I'll have another Jeep!!! Keep up the great work!

On another similar bumper with the same fairlead opening spacer,, that spacer is positioned either to the left or right so that you can mount your fairlead to whichever side your winch may be offset. Loving this build. I was pretty sure from early on that 40's and a Hemi was going to happen (or at least be needed - lol), and I'm enjoying all the detail you guys are giving during the build.

My thoughts too. It would be a hard thing to be pulling a trailer, along with the weight of your JL and with that torque somehow twist the frame.

Jeep frames are not that strong there not meant to be once you start modding them out crazy like that you start running into issues as they are already experiencing with the bumper with some added steel, cross members with tubng an heavier brackets she will be more stout

Warn has an extensive range of winches. Their winches may not be (and probably are not) the cheapest in their various price classes. But Warn almost certainly makes the best electric winches for Jeeps and other light 4x4's in the world. Nice work with your JL!

Videos are getting better and I'm finding myself watching/following more than I did after getting my JL a few weeks ago. My '19 JL is the first newer/modern Wrangler that I've owned having a '77 CJ and '92 YJ before this and you guys have been helpful illustrating aspects of the JL that I have yet to discover because significant modification on mine has yet to begin (headlights/foglights replaced is about it). Bumpers (front and rear) are definitely on the list. Sooo....if there's a "Drawing/giveaway" list to get on, I'd love to be on it. Keep up right!

Unless you ordered it separately, the LP6 lights only come with terminals to allow you to build your own harness. I just installed some on my JL Rubicon as well.

They just installed new Dynatrac axles, ARBs are included on those.

the rubicon axles are garbage with 37s and a heavy foot. This Jeep has one ton axles with much larger and way more robust arbs

I have a Warn HS9500i that we bought in 1999 I believe it still works just like new, we don't abuse our stuff though. The issue with your frame is typical, If memory serves me right I've had to enlarge the holes in the frame of every JK and JL bumper swap that I have done except for one so far. Some of the minimalist bumpers even need the corners of the flanges on the frame cut off.

Jul 23rd, Southbound on Interstate 15, thru Victorville, coming back to LA from Laughlin, NV, I saw a red Jeep like yours, hanging close to black Jeep. Both Highly modified. I regret not being able to say high. Heavy traffic. One moment behind, next moment, in front. Didn't get to see decals. If that was you, wondering if you saw a brand new ORANGE JLU, covered with trail dust? When I passed, I was in the middle of testing the Adaptive Cruise Control and I have to say, It freakin works. A bit creepy; but, it works. I have a steel bumper; but, a buddy of mine who bought his a few weeks before me, got a plastic bumper and he swears he he hates it. I'm sure he'd appreciate your steel bumper. Winch? I would use it. You're bothered by LA Traffic? Now you know my world. Been living in it for more than 28 years. Definitely have to time things. That's why I live less than 3 miles from work.

Those new front lights are huge! I thought you all were replacing the factory headlights when I saw them in the thumbnail. My Jeep has spider webs on the side mirrors like that too, I clean them off every morning before going to work and the little suckers rebuild them every night.

Can't help but wonder if you went the wrong direction on winches. The last two Warn winches I had failed on me with very little usage and when I needed them the most. Since the last one, I switched and never regretted it. My last Smittybilt lasted for 6 years of abuse and I only replaced it because it was looking a bit worn.
