Probably wealthy so $300 is nothing to them that's why they are giggling. I had a boss where he and his family when they got speeding tickets, they would laugh because they said it's pocket change . Where to everyone else employed by him it meant half a weeks paycheck. The rich live on a different planet where everything is golden .

It’s so sweet to see the couple laughing and hugging. And I loved how they said here’s my girl I’ve missed her, when Jeff came back with the car. They didn’t do an immediate inspection or try to accuse anyone of anything. They were adults and accepted what happened. Those two absolutely were not about to let anything ruin their happiness. I hope they had a great trip! Great video all around!

Honestly though, he's such a nice guy, he'll let you be a jerk to an extent while giving it back, but don't cross his line or you gotta wait for business hours.

I heard Jeff mention in a previous video about that. It's why no one is allowed past the locked gates. So they don't jump in the car and speed by them without paying and flinging loose gravel. To me, it looks like they park the tow truck in a way that a person can't get out the driveway until the truck is moved. So it's probably something that has happened before and they've learned how to avoid those situations.

ah yes, but there seems to be genuine confusion at the hotel parking lots. i think i would avoid this town at all costs. there is also parking wars, where they dob in the "opposing" employees, etc to get at their employers.

@@Sound_Spark yeah well, if you follow the video, the hotels parking lot was full, so the hotel gave them some kind of tag and told them to park in the "over flow" parking lot. so this people were not trying to avoid parking fees or anything. they tried to follow the instructions, which obviously were less than precise. i would be pissed off too.

I’ve only had to call for a wrecker once in my life. I’m 73 and live in Michigan. I hit black ice, went through a T intersection, took out 2 trees and dropped down 4’. Totaled my RAV4. I was taken to emergency room. Wrecker driver called my husband wanting my car keys. He was at hospital with me. And no way to get there. Car was pulled out. Found it in the driveway a couple days later.

@@PlymouthVT lol I watch lots of lawn mowing channels including SB Mowing, the work done at the EA lot location in Gatlinburg wasn't that hard to get done, the area was cleared of brush and weeds and the fence put up is why the area looks so different, I think that the one thing that needs to be done is barbed wire put up on the fence to keep everyone honest, I think the new part of the lot had gravel brought in to help with the weeds and such

Another thing that people don't understand is that as a towing company if somebody drives off in their vehicle without paying the towing fee will all Jeff and Kristen have to do is to call the local PD because the local PD already has the owner's name and registered address and their driver's license information so all they have to do report it to the local PD and then the local PD then puts out a warrant for their arrest, and Jeff and Kristen can file a lien against the vehicle so it can't be registered again until it's paid all of its towing fees and expenses and the vehicle cannot be sold without those fees going to everything Auto first.
