Erik to save money you can recharge those battery's with distilled water, battery's usually go bad for cars sitting for a period of time because it draws a small amount of power while sitting but to save money you don't need to buy a new battery you can refurbish it, you can also buy a quick disconnect battery terminal for when your letting the truck sit for a while witch will keep the battery healthy, I know your not a mechanic I know not everyone's a mechanic but its always good to pass on knowledge I like how you told the customer have a good rest of your day that's professionalism lt would also be good to greet them by saying "hi how are you doing today I'm Erik"

Not hating by any means, but watching a 20 minute video of someone talking about gravel and getting a battery just makes me question how Eric, to this day still gets so many subs and views. I feel like every video I’ve watched from this channel has been 20 minutes of doing absolutely nothing that justifies this many subs/views. I have no issues with Eric but man the content is just dull and has no excitement. Eric man, if you read this please provide better content. People (not speaking for everyone) should want to be eager to watch your next video. Honestly, the first thing I do and I’m sure others do is look at the comments section to see spoiler and bashing comments. I want to like your videos but with the way your videos have been it’s just impossible. And before the Eazy E fanboys start telling me to stop watching if I don’t like the videos, like I said I want to like them but Eric needs to improve his content. For Everything to work properly it all has the wired correctly. The batteries have to be connected in a parallel or series configurations and in neither of those do you ever have three cables connected together on one battery which is what I see here. It's hard to say what is happening here other than it's slowly messing up his electrical system and destroying his batteries. The alternator will be effected too but it's showing the voltage available in the system not what it's charging out at unless it has a separate gauge showing the alternators out put. More than likely the alternator is damaged too but the batteries won't hold a charge if he's changing the polarity by having them hooked up wrong. That is why he's having battery issues more than likely and if he doesn't look into it he's going to be buying 3 more new batteries soon. He can see the correct configuration online but he wasn't going by that when he was adding the new battery. He also had it on the steel box without any thing under it to keep it from getting sucked dry by being in contact with the steel. Too bad he won't take any advice.

Ya idk wat he meant by I have 3 but if ur driving and battery voltage is never above 12 and is dropping ur vehicle is not charging, also that trucks old there’s 100% a parasitic draw present of it dying sitting while the cold isn’t much help that could be a key factor say lights left on or a circuit just stays powered enough to kill batteries

the one he has currently are good for the size for his truck, it was made to fit 4, but 2-4 batteries doesn't matter, depends on how well you are able to keep batteries in a healthy range and temp. but i recommend a master kill switch to keep batteries healthy from any draw because how little he will use it with his CDL. keep from spending 300-400 on 1 battery every time.

If your truck says 10 volts when you're driving you have a bad alternator. Stop buying batteries. That's not how electricity works. All those batteries are 12v batteries and the alternator kicks out 14volts. You can put new batteries in all day and it will read 12volts right away but if your alternator isn't working it will lose charge slowly. Shame on the battery place for not telling you that. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR 3 BATTERIES

Eric, those hexagon things you got for your battery are not bolts, they are called nuts. If you are going to run a business, you are going to learn what is what. Otherwise you will make a major mistake and may cost big bucks. You need to work for Ryan for quite awhile and learn from the best. I mean a couple of or three years so you get to know the whole process. Once you do that, then start again. You are a very nice and kind person and I would hate to see you fail. Another thing, you can't keep asking Ryan to use or rent his material. Everything is very expensive and if something would happen to piece of machinery or a mat or what ever, you will be out of business long before you get established. Plus, don't promise something to someone unless you have it; ie mats.
