Agreed on the customization! Not only on mobile order but in general. For Festival of Holidays my daughter tried to get the pot roast sandwich without the horseradish sauce (I'm pretty sure that's what it was) & asked the CM when she went to pick up, since they assemble it right then anyway, for no sauce & was told no she couldn't get it w/out sauce. I'm like you're just leaving something off that you top it off with anyway. What the heck?

I'm with you on the mayo, friend. Not only don't I care for it, in general, but I have a soy allergy and try to stay away from things that potentially have a high concentration of soybean oil. Anyway, Jolly Holiday is the same way with their food, as it's all pre-made. Hungry Bear doesn't always allow customization like that via the app, but they seem to be able to accommodate custom walk-ups for us anti-mayo folks. p.s. Yay!! Trams!!

If they are going to make mobile order a thing, then we should be able to customize it. Otherwise they should get rid of it and go back to cash registers and assembly line service. Try an old mom trick. Take a knife or napkin and scrape off mayo. LOL Thank you for showing us your day

I’m glad they’re bringing in the trams back! That walk was super tiring on our last trip haha And also yes, it’s dumb how they won’t let us customize food so easily! I am not a fan of mayo at all though it would suck for people who are allergic to eggs. Disney is so behind when it comes to being able to customize your food more

I’m SO with you on the mayo. It was hard to even watch 😉 (seeing the mayo), it otherwise looked like a good sandwich. It’s not a health thing either, I like butter, sour cream, etc - just can’t do mayo, or at least very light. The Dole Whip looked bomb and the DL band is always the best!

honestly that sandwich looks sooo good! I probably would have said more heat :P if I could customize that haha honestly it would have been better with ranch to be honest lol I don't really mind the mayo, since being hispanic we have it for like meats and such, but that did seem like a lot. I recommend trying this spicy korean place, there heat is actual hot so be careful on the level you choose lol its called Michin Dak, its in korea town, I recommend the tacos :P
