The real answer interviewers are looking for when asking "What's your greatest weakness", even if they don't know it, is your ability to overcome obstacles. My goto is "I'm super forgetful sometimes about the most random things. I got over this being a problem by taking notes, etc etc." It's about stating a problem you know about yourself **and how you addressed it**.

2:42:00 you actually want to use timetables for passenger lines. Wait for a full load on one station will cause a jam if there are too many trains applied to the route. With schedules the trains are spread out across the line, negating the impact of waiting for a full load, but still having enough time between trains so that passengers are at the stations when a second train arrives after.

Maybe the reason why you can't find much about FIRS heart of darkness could be because that was in version 1.3 of the mod, when the current version is 4.15?

Watching this as a train enthusiast who plays this game with the UK train mods is too funny. They have one of the packs with more realistic trains, where thinks like Multiple Units exist. Its a single unit that is formed of carriages and cabs either end, that'll be what was confusing Rhythian

FIRS, specifically they’re using an older version, 1.3. The current version, 4.15, redesigned the “Heart of Darkness” economy they’re using and renamed it to “In a hot country.”

After they realized they were producing their own farm supplies from their initial products, why didn't they just add a couple of containers to the trains they already have and backhaul those supplies to their original farms? Seems like that would be way easier than creating entirely new trains to ship the supplies then transfer them to roads to reach the farms.

It’s an old version of a mod called FIRS, specially 1.3. The launcher only has access to a few versions, I’m not sure if 1.3 is included in the list, however in the recommended latest version, 4.15, the “Heart of Darkness” economy was modified and renamed to “In a hot country.” If FIRS 1.3 isn’t available in the content download section, there is a trick to get it. Take a blank install of the game (with no later versions of FIRS installed), then download the lord of the rings scenario the Yogscast used a couple of streams ago, that scenario is so old that it still includes the older version of FIRS. If you try to run the scenario and download all the NewGRFs the scenario uses, you’ll have FIRS 1.3 in your list.

I believe they’re using a mod called OpenGFX+ Landscape which has some cool features including removing the grid lines between tiles. I’m not sure what aspect of the graphics looks better to you, but that mod could be one to check out.

Charles like the rest of them has been involved in charity and civil projects. The monarchy may be a quaint symbolic thing but they aren't sitting upon royal cushions being fed chocolates all day. That said, Charles isn't doing himself any favors, that video clip of him dismissively waving his hand at a desk until some servant cleared away 1, maybe 2 objects, because moving an inkwell and some papers was somehow beneath is station...he spent more energy dithering for some underling to do it for him than if he had just done it himself. That sort of stuff contributes to the tabloid sentiment that the Royals are shiftless layabouts, which really isn't the case.
