Well done Gary, real improvement there. You're experiencing one of the issues with e-kits; the cymbals are never quiet when you're playing through an amp. I have the same Roland one but have used it only rarely when people visiting me at home wanted to hear what I was playing 'live'. The cymbal hits, even quiet taps, mask everything unless you have the amp cranked so loud, everyone with hair ends up looking like Peter Murphy from Bauhaus in the Maxell tape ad from the 80s! To avoid the cymbal hit noise coming across on your vid, the only way (I think) is to record the sound in the module (not sure you can do that with the module you have) or on your pc via the USB connection you definitely have. Then you'd need to sync the recording to the vid replacing the camera-recorded sound. Makes video production longer of course and as you're doing voice recording too, there's extra sound editing as well. I'll answer your question on my video about how I do it in a sec. Meanwhile, keep going! It's great to see you enjoying playing and taking on the challenge.

Thanks again for your support and constructive comments. I will read the reply you put up on your channel in a mo. I have the printer style USB connection on my TD-1 module so I could use a printer style cable to go into my pc, I believe then as you say, sync the video with the audio. Maybe a job for this morning. Thanks again, Rgds Gary
