Hi Dawn, my partner and I are Licensed Massage Therapists working on Acupuncture degrees, and Sedona seems very attractive for our lifestyle and work. Just a couple questions: how realistic are outdoor activities during daytime hours in the dead of summer AND what are the mosquitoes like? LOL! I lived in Nevada for many years, but I know Sedona’s climate can be very different. Thank you for your informative vids 🙏

If you hike in the summer (like now)be on the trail early. Before 8. And bring plenty of water. I often get but by mosquitoes in summer, but I’m never sure if it happened in my backyard or when I was out in the woods showing a cabin

I do sell vacant land! Actually land is a little easier because you can look at it without me first. I usually sell something in Heber-Overgaard each year, there are good values there. One huge con is that there are some serious CULTS is Sedona and if they can't lure you into their group they will shun you. Most of the new agers are very unfriendly if they can't get something from you. Expect to get hit on even at the natural food store and you would never want to date any of these lost souls. Beautiful divine nature that has been taken over by some dark energies.
