EDIT: For wiring the driver side, tap the power to the purple wire from the *MIRROR control harness and NOT window harness.

Just got the new Z, and I love it. But then, I've wanted a Z since 2005 and just got to the point that I can get one. For me, at that time, I wasn't going to pay so close to the msrp for a 10 year old 370Z. It's crazy how long these Zs maintain value over time.

Just finished adding the lights, they are freaking awesome. Tip: DON'T USE THE YELLOW WIRE! If it doesn't work, like Eric says you probably have a power issue on the main. The app will work as soon as that is fixed. Kanjo stuff is awesome and I will definitely be rocking some underglow soon :)

Looks good. I think I’d not do glove box and steering column and try to put those somewhere else because I think it messes with the nice flow of the door lights but that’s a nitpick. Otherwise not a bad upgrade. In college we messed with lights a lot before they had nicer microcontrollers and tight fitting LEDs so that’s sad I didn’t have access to them but probably saved my bank account

Love the videos! I just installed these lights yesterday into my Z and they look amazing. One question for you! My passenger door light strip is not working. Could it be the white wire for positive not getting connection or should I try something else? I know in the video you mentioned fixing your drivers door when it didn’t work initially.

@@soom4163 I've actually had a couple of people with a certain model year message me about this. Just verifying that the yellow wire from the subcontroller is the only thing that's tapped to the white wire from the passenger harness.

@@ItsEricVenzon finally… I figured it out 🤣 I had to run a new power wire since the old one wasn’t working I guess. So trial and error and eventually I got it all worked out. Thank you for all the help!

What?? No no no..i wasn't removing it indefinitely. I just removed it temporarily for the sake of routing the wires. I'm still living my Tesla screen 😬

@@ItsEricVenzon Hahaha, thank you! I sure hope it works. Got half of it installed and it's flashing red and blue so I guess when I get the main module hooked up and also the foot well lights should be good to have fun with it. Sure am loving my Kanjo Green Tea Scent Booster :)

I think it looks good plus the fact that the kit comes with foot well is a plus. Would I consider different LED kits? I'm always open to new stuff!

Since you got that telsa screen and its android, can you download the light apps on the console? That way you can just use the center console to control the lights?

Yes you can download light apps but I haven't installed them yet. But now that I have multiple lights, I'll get into it this year. I'll definitely do an update video!

Worked on an bmw x5, had the same interior lights. Do the light strips take a 90 degree bend? Was thinking of spicing up my '22 E210 apex interior

Driver side? I accidentally chose the wrong Purple wire, make sure you use the purple wire from the mirror controls.
