It's an Akko ACR Pro Alice Plus with Poseidon switches and GMK Fundamentals! Great budget board and I highly recommend it if you want to try an Alice layout board!

How do I get sound to work?

With the dock? If you're plugged in via HDMI, the audio will work like any other console-like device. If you're trying to get a headset to work, either use a USB headset, Bluetooth, or the audio port on the top of the Deck.
