With the popularity of E-Bikes, they should be a lot more common. Remember our last bike camping trip? How far did that woman have to push/carry her E-Bike? Redonkulous!!

I would be weary of adding vibration to the motor or other electrical components, e.g the battery system, without specifically protecting them from violent g-forces. Maybe look for the best way to set up an inflated tire, to still have enough cushion to not worry about it and also be protected from punctures. This might be different, though I'm not sure, if your motor is on the pedal hub and you have front and rear suspension.

Do they make Tannus Tires for 20" 4.0.If so where to get them what website and what's the name of the Tannus Tire.A Tannus Tire is something that never gets a flat and how can I show you a pitcher of my bike ?

I do not believe they make a tire in that size. Check their website as they may be making more types of tires.
