Great video. But working at home was a good thing. It is waste of life on the road in traffic for 20 hours a week. Don't care about empty offices. I do care about my health. Not only that it help keep the air cleaner. I will never return to an office! 25 years IT Engineer. Another reason buildings are empty is they farmed millions of jobs to India. CEO's don't care about you. They only care about bonuses and stock holders. Screw them, I am talking care of me! If they loose the building to bad for them! The 9-5 crap is terrible. Leave in the dark return in the dark! 35 years ago the 7-3 jobs were better when you actually had a place to work 10 minutes up the road and not funneled into a city in traffic.

There will always be are remote and/or hybrid moving opportunity moving forward. I must see you in you chained in your cubicle, fight traffic, and water cooler conversation about the football game last night for 2 hours lol… this is all about saving the investors in the commercial real estate marketplace.

this guy's company sells/leases commercial real estate. Of course he will push going back to the office. Screw him, people shouldn't commute to help his yacht collection.

Lol, this isnt happening. I'm overemployed with wayyyyy too much leverage. Besides, the majority of these "hybrid" workplaces have no oversight to the point where you can hire someone to swipe in your badge daily and no one will notice.
