Well, let's not forget Fernando's title: "Self-appointed knight". I think that both Ash and Fernando are from the same kingdom but, their motivations may be differents. You know, Fernando tries to achieve the ideal of a righteous and chivalrous knight, while Ash doesn't bother with it. My theory is the following: in the realm they both live, the knights in the past were like the ones Fernando tried to be, but with the passing of years, the realm needed to improve their technology and their war tactics, so the knights changed from courteous and honorable freedom fighters to ruthless and powerful war machines, and Ash is one of these new generation knights. But Fernando is different, he completely believed that these new guys aren't knights at all, so he made himself a knight and show to the realm what a real knight is like.

or maybe thats why their ult acts the same but different Ash's ult make her take no damage BUT only for herself thats why she was called "the war machine" because she fights alone and care for herself on the other hand Fernando's ult still makes u vunerable to damage and weak when the ult ends BUT its for everyone meaning he cares for others other than himself because he's still honored and want everybody to be saved and fight alongside with him but still want to act cool (i mean like his personality) so thats why in one of the loading screen tips it says "Fernando is actually a nice guy"

I think the crysyals is the reason why champoins able to heal themselves when not attacking becuase self healing is ilogical to the Paladins world unless its the crystal made them do that.

I have a theory that Bomb King was a mad king that was addicted to exploding things. Then they turned him into a machine bomb thing and he still thinks he's the king. This siege thing make's me think It was his castle in the card art. An army took it over to save the people from the tyrant and then made Bomb King as punishment.

I think Fernando and Ash were enemies or at least their respective factions are in war to each other because one of the kill taunt of Ash whenever he kills Fernando is just her saying "Pig.". This kinda gives us clue that Ash is expressing disgust towards Fernando.
