Just got the kobalt deal. The blower is decent. The multi tool is very meh. Tons of vibration especially if you are used to nice ones like m12 fuel. Thinking of returning that because it might not even be worth $59 for the bundle IMO.

I haven't even opened mine up yet. But that's interesting! I'm going to see how it stacks up against the Metabo, Metabo HPT and M12 FUEL I have. I have been hard pressed to find anything as smooth as the M12. People will get on me for this but the DeWALT XR shakes a lot to me.

They're seldom on sale. About 2 years ago TSC had CRAZY Makita sales. So did Amazon. Lately, not so much. When I go into my local TSC, it's never anything really on sale. It's very YMMV unfortunately.

@stevenberg1903 its extremely rare to get deals on makita, doesn't matter where you're shopping. Kind of a bummer honestly, the holiday season is coming up though so maybe we'll get some deacent deals this year.
